Բրազիլիայում օրենսդրական խախտումներ են գտել նախագահ Դիլմա Ռուսեֆի աշխատանքում

Բրազիլիայի համերկրային Հաշվիչ պալատը օրենսդրության խախտումներ Է գտել երկրի նախագահ Դիլմա Ռուսեֆի գործունեության մեջ, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ հղում անելով BBC-ին:

Խախտումները թույլ են տրվել բյուջետային փաստաթղթերի ձեւակերպման ընթացքում, ինչի կապակցությամբ Հաշվիչ պալատը երկրի խորհրդարանին առաջարկել Է անվավեր ճանաչել անցյալ տարվա համար կառավարության հաշվետվությունը, ինչը, փորձագետների կարծիքով, կարող Է հիմք դառնալ պետության ղեկավարին իմպիչմենտ հայտարարելու համար:

Որոշման համաձայն՝ Ռուսեֆը բյուջետանյին թվերի հետ կապված մեքենայություններ Է արել, որպեսզի թաքցնի աճող ֆինանսական դեֆիցիտը:

Որոշման հրապարակումից հետո ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորները ծափահարում Էին եւ գրկում միմյանց: Նրանց կարծիքով՝ այդ որոշումը կարող Է վերջի սկիզբը դառնալ Ռուսեֆի կառավարման համար:

Մինչդեռ Բրազիլիայի գլխավոր դատախազ Լուիս Ադամսն լրագրողներին ասել Է, թե պլանավորում Է բողոքարկել վճիռը: «Խաղը դեռեւս ավարտված չԷ»,-հայտարարել Է նա:

Նախօրյակին հայտնի Է դարձել, որ Բրազիլիայում հետաքննություն Է սկսվել Դիլմա Ռուսեֆի վերջին ընտրարշավի ֆինանսավորման ընթացքում հնարավոր խախտումների շուրջ:

Վերջին ժամանակներս Բրազիլիայի նախագահի վարկանիշերն ընկել են մինչեւ 10 տոկոս, եւ փորձագետները չեն բացառում իմպիչմենտի սպառնալիքը: Այս տարվա օգոստոսին Բրազիլիայում արդեն հանրահավաքներ են անցկացվել նախագահի եւ կառավարության պաշտոնաթողության պահանջով, որոնց մեղադրել են կոռուպցիայի եւ երկրի տնտեսական խնդիրների մեջ:-
