Ինչու՞ է կինը հեռանում իր սիրելի տղամարդուց։
Նա իրեն սարսափելի է զգում, սիրտը կտոր-կտոր է լինում, սակայն այնուամենայնիվ դիմում է այդ քայլին։

Նա հավաքում է իր ողջ ուժն ու տղամարդկությունը, թողնում ամուսնուն ու հեռանում։ Գրեթե միշտ այդ քայլին դիմելու պատճառը մեկն է։

Կանայք հեռանում են, որովհետեւ իրենց տղամարդն այլեւս  չկա նրանց կյանքում։
Տղամարդն աշխատում է, ֆուտբոլ կամ համակարգչային խաղ խաղում, հեռուստացույց դիտում… ցանկը կարելի է անվերջ շարունակել։
Նա կարող է լավ մարդ լինել, լավ հայր, հաճելի տղամարդ, սակայն իր կնոջն ընդունում է ասես պարտականություն, կինն ասես չկա նրա կյանքում։
«Ով պետք է տուն վերադառնա եւ ինձ էմոցիոնալ առումով աջակցի… նա չկա, անգամ եթե ես լաց եմ լինում»,- մտածում է կինը։

Տղամարդիկ,  ձեր կինը ձեր սեփականությունը չէ, նա իհարկե, պարտավոր է ձեզ սիրել ամբողջ սրտով, սակայն այդ սերը պետք է վաստակել օրեցօր, րոպե առ րոպե, հենց այնպես, ինչպես օրինակ գումար եք վաստակում։
Դուք պետք է նվաճեք նրան ոչ թե փողով եւ սոցիալական կարգավիճակով, այլ ձեր ուշադրությամբ։ Նա պետք է զգա, որ ձեզ համար միեւնույն չէ։ Նա պետք է իմանա, որ իր խոսքերն ու ապրումները ձեզ համար նշանակություն ունեն։ Նա պետք է իմանա, որ իրեն լսում եք։

Երբ նա ձեզ ինչ-որ բան է պատմում, պարզապես անտարբեր գլխով մի արեք, նրան մի հանգստացրեք «ամեն ինչ լավ կլինի» միանվագ արտահայտությամբ։
Նա ցանկանում է, որ զգաք իրեն, նա չի ցանկանում, որ իր կողքին լինի  մի «սարք»։

Նա ցանկանում է, որ դուք իր հանդեպ կիրք ունենաք, ձեր ամուսնութունն ապրում է այնքան, քանի դեռ երկուսդ էլ կիրք ունեք իրար հանդեպ։

Դուք վստա՞հ եք, որ դեռ չեք հանգչել։
Իսկ եթե կորցրել եք այդ հատկությունը, ապա պարզեք, թե ինչու։
Մի արդարացեք նրանով, թե այժմ անհանգիստ ու բարդ ժամանակահատվածում եք։ Բոլորն էլ միշտ ապրում են բարդ ժամանակներում։
Փորձեք լսել նրան, իսկապես լսել։
Նայեք նրա աչքերին, պահեք հայացքը, միայն այդ դեպքում ձեզ երկուսիդ հարմարավետ կլինի։
Եթե նա ձեզ ինչ-որ բան է հարցնում, նրան իսկապես պատասխանեք, այլ ոչ թե այնքան որ, անտարբեր։ Փորձեք իսկապես պարզել, թե ինչ է նա ասում։ Փորձեք ավելի լավ ճանաչել նրան։ Հավատացեք, անգամ համատեղ ամուսնությունից տարիներ անց նա իր մեջ ունի այն, ինչը կարելի է բացահայտել ամեն օր։
Կնոջ հետ ամենայն ուշադրությամբ շփվեք, եթե նրա ձեռքն եք բռնում, ուշադրություն դարձրեք զգացողություններին, ուշադրություն դարձրեք, թե ինչ է տեղի ունենում այն ժամանակ, երբ ձեռք եք տալիս կամ փաթաթվում եք իրար։

Ինչ է տեղի ունենում ձեր մարմնում, ինչ եք զգում, ուշադրություն դարձրեք ամենանուրբ զգացմունքներին, կիսվեք նրա հետ դրանցով։
Դուք, իհարկե շատ զբաղված եք եւ դրա ժամանակը չունեք։

Իսկ ի՞նչ կասեք հինգ րոպեի մասին…

Ամեն օր հինգ րոպե, ի վիճակի՞ եք գտնել։ Յուրաքանչյուր տղամարդ էլ կարող է օրվա մեջ գտնել այդ հինգ րոպեն, որպեսզի այն ամբողջությաբ նվիրի իր կնոջը։
Կանե՞ք դա, վստահեցնում ենք, եթե գտնեք այդ ժամանակն ու անեք դա, ապա կզգաք այն, ինչ վաղուց չէիք զգացել։ Հնարավոր է անգամ՝ սկսեք զգալ կյանքի նոր համը եւ ձեզ հնարավոր չի լինի կանգնեցնել ու կփրկեք ձեր ամուսնությունը։
