 Արարատի մարզի տարածքում գտնվող պատմական մայրաքաղաք Դվին հնավայրը, որտեղ մշտապես պեղումներ եւ ուսումնասիրություններ են կատարվում, այսուհետ նորովի կներկայանա զբոսաշրջիկներին ու հյուրերին: Համաշխարհային բանկի 300 մլն դրամ ներդրումների արդյունքում հին թանգարանի շենքը կփոխարինվի նորով, որտեղ կամփոփվեն բոլոր տարիների պեղումների գտածոները, եզակի նմուշները: 300 քմ-ի վրա կառուցվող թանգարանի շենքի մոտ կավելանան կայանատեղին, սանհանգույցը: Ողջ շրջակայքը կհարդարվի, կկանաչապատվի, կապահովվի գիշերային լույսերով, կառուցվեն տաղավարներ: Բարեկարգվում է նաեւ դեպի հնավայր տանող 1 կմ երկարությամբ ճանապարհը, որի համար Արարատի մարզպետարանը ներդրել է 60 մլն դրամ: 
«Արմենպրես»-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում Հնաբերդի գյուղապետ Մարատ Պողոսյանը համոզմունք հայտնեց, որ, շնորհիվ շինարարական աշխատանքների, կավելանա գյուղին կից հնավայր այցելող զբոսաշրջիկների հոսքը, ինչն էլ իր հերթին զգալիորեն կհարստացնի համայնքի բյուջեն: 
Հիրավի, Հնաբերդ համայնքին կից Խոսրով Կոտակի նախաձեռնությամբ կառուցված Հայաստանի երբեմնի մայրաքաղաք Դվինի բերդերն ու պարիսպները, խմելու ջրի ներքին ցանցը հետաքրքրություն են ներկայացնում այցելուների համար: Հնավայրը հին է եւ, բայց Հնաբերդ գյուղը նոր տեսք է ստացել նաեւ նորակառույց մշակույթի տնով, գրադարանով, բնակելիներով: 
Նշենք նաեւ, որ Հնաբերդում մայիսի 20-ին ազգային ճաշատեսակների գիտակ, բազմամյա փորձ ունեցող հայտնի խոհարար Սեդրակ Մամուլյանի ղեկավարությամբ կկազմակերպվի Տոլմայի ամենամյա 7-րդ փառատոնը, որին կմասնակցեն հյուրեր Արցախից, արտերկրից: Այս միջոցառումը զբոսաշրջիկների ուշադրությունը Հնաբերդի վրա հրավիրելու եւս մեկ առիթ է:
