Անթիլիասում Մեծի Տանն Կիլիկիո Արամ Ա. կաթողիկոսն ընդունել է Լիբանանի հարավում տեղակայված ՅՈՒՆԻՖԻԼ (UNIFIL) միջազգային խաղաղապահ ուժերի մաս կազմող հայ զինծառայողներին` զորախմբի հրամանատար Կարեն Աթոյանի գլխավորությամբ: Հանդիպմանը ներկա էր Լիբանանում Հայաստանի դեսպան Սամվել Մկրտչյանը: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Անթիլիասի կաթողիկոսարանի հաղորդակցության և տեղեկատվության բաժից, Կարեն Աթոյանը նշել է, որ խաղաղապահ զորախմբի անդամները մասնակցել են տարբեր զորավարժությունների, ինչպես նաեւ պաշտպանական գործողությունների։

Վեհափառ Հայրապետը, ողջունելով հայոց բանակի զինվորներին, նշել է, որ բանակը հայրենիքի առանցքն է, հզորության աղբյուրը, անսասանության երաշխիքը: «Այսօր Հայաստանն ու Արցախը բազմաթիվ մարտահրավերների առջև են, ունեն բազում կարիքներ: Հայոց բանակը կոչված է զորեղ ու կենսունակ պահել հայրենիքը։ Փառք Աստծո, որ հայությունն ունի հզոր բանակ: Հայկական բանակի որակն արդիական սպառազինություն, մասնագիտական զենքեր ունենալով չի բնորոշվում, այլ ծառայության ոգով, նվիրումով, հավատքով, վճռականությամբ եւ պարտականության գիտակցությամբ»,-ասել է նաÖ ‰

Անդրադառնալով հայ զինվորների՝ Լիբանանում խաղաղապահ առաքելություն կատարելու հանգամանքին, Նորին Սրբությունն ուրախություն է հայտնել այդ կապակցությամբ, որովհետեւ հայությունը խաղաղություն սիրող եւ խաղաղության հաստատման մասնակից դարձող ազգ է:

Վեհափառ Հայրապետը նաեւ ուրախություն է հայտնել, որ հայկական զորախմբի այցելությունն Անթիլիասի Մայրավանք զուգադիպել է Շուշիի ազատագրման 25 ամյակին: Նա շեշտել է, որ Շուշին ազատագրության խորհրդանիշ է, ինչպես նաեւ հայ ժողովրդի հավաքական կամքի ու հայրենիքի համար իր արյունը թափելու հանձնառություն։

Լիբանանում Հայաստանի դեսպան Սամվել Մկրտչյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Վեհափառ Հայրապետին` ընդունելության, քաջալերական ու գոտեպնդիչ խոսքերի համար։ Նա վստահեցրել է, որ քաջարի զինվորներն ուր էլ գտնվեն նույն ոգով ու պատասխանատվությամբ պիտի շարունակեն իրենց առաքելությունը:

Հանդիպման ավարտին Վեհափառ Հայրապետը խաչեր ու աղոթագրքեր է նվիրել զինվորներին:
