Կոալիցիոն հուշագրի մի դրույթը հայտնի է. Սերժ Սարգսյանը նոր հարված է կազմակերպում. «Ժամանակ»

«Ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «Թող այլ նախարարներ նույնպես դնեին իրենց թեկնածությունն ու տեսնեին, թե ինչ է մտածում ժողովուրդը իրենց մասին՝ Ռ-Էվոլյուցիա հաղորդման եթերում ասել է ՀՅԴ ներկայացուցիչ Արմեն Ռուստամյանը՝ խոսելով ռեյտինգային ընտրակարգով առաջադրված Դաշնակցության նախարարների մասին: Թե հատկապես ում նկատի ունի Արմեն Ռուստամյանը «թող այլ նախարարներ նույնպես» ասելով՝ պարզ չէ:
Դաշնակցությունից բացի՝ մյուս նախարարները ներկայացնում են ՀՀԿ-ն, բայց այստեղ ամեն ինչ միատարր չէ: Առավել եւս, որ ՀՀԿ-ից որոշ նախարարներ, այդուհանդերձ, առաջադրված էին, իսկ որոշները՝ ոչ: ՀՀԿ-ի համամասնական ցուցակում առաջին հնգյակում էին՝ պաշտպանության, արդարադատության, մշակույթի նախարարներ:
Նրա՞նց նկատի ունի Ռուստամյանը, թե՞ նա խոսում էր այն նախարարների մասին, որոնք չէին առաջադրվել: Իսկ դրանք հիմնականում տնտեսական բլոկի կամ, այսպես ասած, կարենկարապետյանական բլոկի նախարարներն են: Այդ նախարարները, ինչպես Կարեն Կարապետյանը, ՀՀԿ ցուցակներում չեն եղել:
Այդպիսով, Արմեն Ռուստամյանն ամենայն հավանականությամբ նկատի ունի հենց «չթաթախված» նախարարներին, այսինքն՝ Կարեն Կարապետյանի թիմին:
Ընդ որում, Ռուստամյանը, որի ներկայացրած ուժը պատրաստվում է նոր կոալիցիոն հուշագիր ստորագրել ՀՀԿ-ի հետ, խոսում է նաեւ թերեւս «ՀՀԿ սրտից»: Նա փաստորեն ակնարկում է Կարեն Կարապետյանի թիմի ցածր վարկանիշի մասին: Մի բան, որ շատ կուզեր ասել ՀՀԿ-ն, իսկ ավելի կոնկրետ՝ թերեւս այդ կուսակցության առաջնորդ Սերժ Սարգսյանը, բայց ասել չի կարող, քանի որ Կարեն Կարապետյանը ՀՀԿ քարոզարշավի դեմքն էր, թեեւ ձայն բերողն իհարկե եղել են ռեյտինգայինները:
Բայց հենց դրա համար էլ ՀՀԿ-ն կամ Սերժ Սարգսյանը կոալիցիոն հուշագիր են կնքում ՀՅԴ-ի հետ՝ չունենալով դրա գործնական մեծ անհրաժեշտությունը:
Բանն այն է, որ այդ հուշագիրը «նախատեսում» է նաեւ, որ ՀՅԴ-ն կասի այն, ինչ չի կարող ասել Սերժ Սարգսյանը: Արմեն Ռուստամյանն իր հայտարարությամբ դե ֆակտո բացահայտում է հուշագրի բովանդակության առնվազն մի «դրույթ»:
Մյուս կողմից՝ այստեղ անսպասելի կամ նոր բան չկա՝ հաշվի առնելով նաեւ Կարեն Կարապետյանի ու ՀՅԴ, այսպես ասած, «հին հաշիվները», որ դրսեւորվեցին Կարապետյանի՝ վարչապետ նշանակումից անմիջապես հետո:
Այդ իմաստով Սերժ Սարգսյանը կոալիցիոն հուշագրի տեսքով ՀՅԴ-ին փաստորեն տալիս է ռեւանշի հնարավորություն:
Սերժ Սարգսյանն իհարկե կփորձի ՀՅԴ-ով հարվածել Կարեն Կարապետյանին, սակայն ոչ այնպես, որ վնասվի միայն Կարապետյանը, իսկ ՀՅԴ-ին չլինի ոչինչ: Սարգսյանը հարվածը կկազմակերպի այնպես, որ չմնա անվնաս կողմ, կամ միակ անվնասը լինի ինքը»:
