ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի երրորդ կայազորային քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ` զինծառայողների մահվան պատճառ դարձած ավտովթարի դեպքի առթիվ: Ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ` դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից՝ հավելելով. «Մայիսի 8-ի առավոտյան ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ ժամկետային երե ք զինծառայողներ, N զորամասի պարետային դասակի ավտոմոբիլային ջոկի վարորդներ Ռուբեն Մնացականի Բարսեղյանը, Ռաֆայել Արթուրի Բիշարյանը և նույն զորամասի 5-րդ հրաձգային գումարտակի բուժկետի վարորդ-սանիտար Ռուբեն Հովհաննեսի Մնացականյանը չեն մասնակցել առավոտյան տողանին: Բացակայում է նաև պարետային դասակին պատկանող «ՈՒԱԶ-315195» մակնիշի ՊԲ6Լ-004 զինհամարանիշի ավտոմեքենան:

Ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ  երեք զինծառայողներին վերջին անգամ տեսել են միասին «ՈՒԱԶ-315195» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի մեջ, որը կայանված է եղել զորամասի մշտական տեղակայման վայրում: Դրանից հետո մեքենան նկատվել է զորամասից դուրս՝ Մատաղիս-Տոնաշեն ավտոճանապարհի սզբնամասում` դեպի Տոնաշեն երթևեկելիս:

Տարածքի զննությամբ` Տոնաշեն գյուղ տանող ավտոճանապարհի 2-րդ կիլոմետրին ընթացքի ուղղությամբ արձանագրվել են անվահետքեր, որոնք վերջացել են` դուրս գալով ճանապարհի երթևեկելի մասից, որից մոտ 50 մետր խորության վրա հոսում է գետ: ԱՀ փրկարար ծառայության աշխատակիցների կողմից գետում` մոտ 9 մետր խորության վրա, հայտնաբերվել է «ՈՒԱԶ-315195» մակնիշի զինհամարանիշի ավտոմեքենան: Որոնողական աշխատանքների արդյունքում հայտնաբերվել են ժամկետային զինծառայողներ Ռ.Ա.Բիշարյանի և Ռ.Մ.Բարսեղյանի մարմինները: Նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություններ` զինծառայողների մահվան պատճառը պարզելու համար:

Ռուբեն Մնացականյանին գտնելու ուղղությամբ որոնողական աշխատանքները շարունակվում են:

Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ` ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրի 377-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով նախատեսված հանցագործությանհատկանիշներով: Կատարվում է նախաքննություն»:
