ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանի ուղերձ է հղել  Հաղթանակի ու խաղաղության տոնի առթիվ։ Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից,ուղերձում նշված է.

«Սիրելի հայրենակիցներ,

Այսօր մենք նշում ենք Հաղթանակի ու խաղաղության տոնը, Շուշիի ազատագրման 25-ամյա հաղթանակը: Մեր տարեգրության ամենահիշարժան էջերը մեր հաղթանակներն են, որոնք հայրենանվեր գործերի ու նոր սխրանքների են ոգեշնչում սերունդներին:

Հայրենական Մեծ պատերազմում տարած հաղթանակի հերոսական ճանապարհին  իր արժանի ավանդն է ունեցել հայ ժողովուրդը, որը զենքը ձեռքին պայքարել և անպարտելիության  բազում օրինակներ է թողել հետագա սերունդներին:

Հաղթանակի ու խաղաղության հաստատումը միշտ արժևորվել է հայ ժողովրդի կյանքում և նորովի իմաստավորվել արդեն Շուշիի ազատագրումով: Այս կրկնակի տոնը խորհրդանշում է մեր ժողովրդի կամքն ու վճռականությունը՝ պաշտպանելու իր արժանապատվությունը, անվտանգությունն ու առաջ շարժվելու անկոտրում ձգտումը:

Պարտադրված պատերազմում հայ ժողովուրդն ապացուցեց, որ պատրաստ է նաև զենքով պաշտպանել իր ազատ, անկախ և խաղաղ ապրելու իրավունքը: Ես արդեն առիթ եմ ունեցել ասելու և այսօր մեկ անգամ ևս կրկնում եմ, որ Արցախն այն սահմանային գիծն է, որտեղ որոշվում է մեր ազգի արժանապատվությունը, և մենք անվերադարձելի պարտք ունենք մեր զինվորի, մեր սպայի նկատմամբ: Նրանց անձնվիրությունը մեզ պարտավորեցնում է ամենօրյա աշխատանքով ամրապնդել հաղթանակները, ապահովել անվտանգությունն ու առաջ գնալ ազգային նպատակների իրականացման լավատեսական ձգտումներով:

Մենք գլուխ ենք խոնարհում հերոսաբար մարտնչած, հաղթանակներ կերտած բոլոր զինվորների ու ազատամարտիկների, վետերանների ու հերոսների առջև, և մեր երախտիքի խոսքն ուղղում անձնվիրության ու հերոսության պատգամ թողած բոլոր հայորդիներին:

Եվս մեկ անգամ շնորհավորելով Հաղթանակի տոնի առթիվ՝ մաղթում եմ բոլորիս խաղաղություն, բարօրություն և նորանոր նվաճումներ:
