Ռուսաստանից ստացվող տրանսֆերտների աճն առաջին եռամսյակում 50.5 մլն դոլարից հասել է մոտ 100 մլն-ի. «Հայկական ժամանակ»

«Անցած տարվա վերջերից և այս տարվա սկզբին մասնավոր տրանսֆերտների ցուցանիշներում, մեղմ ասած, տարօրինակ ու անհասկանալի փոփոխություններ են տեղի ունենում, որոնց պատճառները գոնե այս պահի դրությամբ դեռ ոչ մի պետական մարմին, մասնավորարպես Կենտրոնական բանկը չի մեկնաբանել:
Եվ ուրեմն, ինչ է տեղի ունենում: Տրանսֆերտների հոսքը Հայաստան ունի խիստ սեզոնային բնույթ: Կան ամիսներ, երբ դրանք կտրուկ նվազում են, կան ամիսներ, որ կտրուկ աճում են: Ուստի միտումները արձանագրելու համար անհրաժեշտ է համեմատել տվյալ ժամանակահատվածը անցյալ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի հետ:
Մասնավոր տրանսֆերտների կտրուկ տատանումների վիճակագրությունն ու աշխարհագրությունը ինքնին հետաքրքիր են, իսկ պատճառները թերևս ջրի երես դուրս կգան հետագայում: Այսպես. այս տարվա աոաջին եռամսյակում Հայաստան եկած մասնավոր տրանսֆերտների զուտ ներհոսքը (Հայաստանից նաև տրանսֆերտների արտահոսք կա, և զուտ ներհոսքը ընդհանուր ներհոսքի և արտահոսքի տարբերությունն է) կազմել է 129.4 միլիոն դոլար, որը մոտ 36 միլիոն դոլարով գերազանցում է անցած տարվա նույն ցուցանիշը:
