Հերթական նախագահական ընտրությունները Ֆրանսիայում արդեն փաստ են: Մարի լե Պենը շնորհավորել է իր հակառակորդ` 39-ամյա Մակրոնին հաղթանակի կապակցությամբ: Այս ընտրությունները հետաքրքրական էին մի քանի առումով: Նախ փաստենք, որ Մակրոնը դարձավ Ֆրանսիայի պատմության ամենաերիտասարդ նախագահը: Երկրորդ, նախընտրական շրջանն ուղեկցվում էր Ֆրանսիայում ահաբեկչական ակտերի իրագործումով: Եվրոպական ընտանիքը խոր ճգնաժամի մեջ է, հաշվի առնելով նաև Անգլիայի դուրս գալը Եվրամիությունից: Ֆրանսիացին, ինչ-որ առումով իրեն զգում էր անպաշտպան: Լե Պենն իր քաղաքական գիծը կառուցել էր այսպես ասած մեկուսացման և սեփական հոգսերով ապրելու սկզբունքներից ելնելով: Դա ենթադրում էր համագործակցության շրջանակների նվազեցում ՆԱՏՕ-ի հետ, Եվրամիության հետ հարաբերությունների սահմանափակում, ընդհուպ մինչև այդ կառույցը լքելը:
Վերոգրյալի հետ հաշվի կարող ենք նստել կամ չնստել, սակայն պետք է փաստենք, որ Ֆրանսիան եղել ու մնում է համաշխարհային լրջագույն խաղացող: Նրա կրավորական կեցվածքի պարագայում, սպասվում էր աշխարհակարգի նոր փոփոխություն և ուժերի վերադասավորում: Ֆրանսիացին ընտրելով Մակրոնին, ընտրեց այն քաղաքակրթական հիմքը, որի վրա խարխսված է ֆրանսիական պետությունը: Դա նշանակում է շարունակական ակտիվ մասնակցություն միջազգային գործընթացներում, այսպես ասած՝ ինտերնացիոնալի գաղափարական տարածում և ամրապնդում: Ներքին խնդիրների կարգավորում և անվտանգության նոր միջոցների կիրառում: Մակրոնն հանդես եկավ այս բոլոր հարցադրումների հստակ պատասխաններով: Արդյունքում` ֆրանսիացին նրան վստահեց:
Ֆրանսիայի երկրորդ պլան մղվելը միջազգային հարաբերություններում, գոնե այս փուլում չէր կարող արդարացված լինել, քանի որ մի շարք հանգամանքներից զատ, այս պետությունը, Գերմանիայի հետ համատեղ, շատ դեպքերում հավասարակշռողի դեր է կատարում Արևելք-Արևմուտք, ԱՄՆ-Ռուսաստան և այլ հարաբերություններում:
Մի հետաքրքրական դրվագ ևս: Դեռ ընտրությունների պաշտոնական արդյունքները չհրապարակած, լե Պենը շնորհավորեց իր հակառակորդին: Սա խոսում է այն բարձր վստահության մասին, որն ուժերը տածում են ֆրանսիական ընտրական համակարգի նկատմամբ: Մյուս կողմից, պատշաճ տոկոսներ հավաքած թեկնածուն, գնում է այդ քաղաքական կապիտալն ամրապնդելու:
