ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահներն իրենց վերջին հայտարարություններում հրադադարի խախտումների ողջ պատասխանատվությունը դնում են Ադրբեջանի վրա: Այս մասին Ազգային ժողովում կառավարութան հետ հարց ու պատասխանի ժամանակ նշեց ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը՝ պատասխանելով «Ժառանգություն» խմբակցության ղեկավար Զարուհի Փոստանջյանի հարցին:

«Մեկ անգամ չէ, որ Ադրբեջանը խախտու մ է հրադադարի ռեժիմը: Վերջին շրջանում հրադադարի խախտումները Ադրբեջանի կողմից ավելի էին սաստկացել: Եռանախագահներն էլ այս անգամ հասցեական հայտարարություն արեցին, թե ով է իրականում հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտումների մեղավորը: Նրանք հայտարարել են, որ պետք է ընդունվի հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտման դեպքերի հետաքննության մեխանիզմ և որ Հայաստանը դրան կողմ է արտահայտվում, իսկ Ադրբեջանը՝ ոչ: Այսինքն, նրանք հայտարարում են, որ հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտման ողջ պատասխանատվությունն ընկնում է ադրբեջանական կողմի վրա»,- ընդգծեց նախարարը:

Նա նաև նկատեց, որ հոկտեմբերի 6-ին ԱՄՆ Կոնգրեսի արտաքին հարաբերությունների հանձնաժողովի անդամները նամակ են գրել ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽ ամերիկացի համանախագահ Ջեւյմս Ուորլիքին՝ առաջարկելով հրադադարի ռեժիմի պահպանման ամրապնդանն ուղղված քայլեր ձեռնարկել: Նախարարի խոսքով՝ սա նշանակում է, որ հրադադարի խախտման դեպքերի հետաքննության մեխանիզմների ներդրման առաջարկն ստանում է ոչ միայն միջազգային կառույցների, այլ նաև տարբեր երկրների խորհրդարանների հավանությունը:

Նալբանդյանն ընդգծեց, որ Ջեյմս Ուորիլիքն արդեն արձագանքել է այդ առաջարկին և ողջունել այն:

«Մենք ևս ողջունում ենք այդ առաջարկը, քանի որ դա այն է, ինչի մասին մենք երկար տարիներ խոսում ենք և ինչը մերժվում է Ադրբեջանի կողմից»,- եզրափակեց Նալբանդյանը:
