Ադրբեջանական հայտնի կայքերից մեկը ` haqqin.az-ը, տեղեկություն տարածեց այն մասին, որ երկրում ձերբակալվել է դավաճանների խումբ: Ըստ այդ հաղորդագրության, դավաճանները համագործակցել են հայկական հատուկ ծառայությունների հետ և ծրագրել են նախատեսել ահաբեկչական գործողություններ Բաքվի մարդաշատ վայրերում: Սակայն հաղորդագրության մեջ որևէ անուն, հանգամանք, փաստարկում գոյություն չունի: Տպավորություն է ստեղծվում, որ Ալիևը և նրա վարչակարգը, Սերվանտեսի հայտնի հերոսի նման, պայքարում են հողմաղացների դեմ:

Իհարկե, անզեն աչքի համար էլ հասկանալի է այս հաղորդագրության ենթատեքստը: Սրանով Ալիևը, օգտագործելով «ահաբեկիչ հայերի» գործոնը, փորձում է վախի մթնոլորտում պահել իր առանց այն էլ հեզ հասարակությանը: Մենք փոքր երեխաներին ահաբեկում ենք Մեշոկ Պապիկի մասին հեքիաթներով, իսկ Ալիևը` հայերով: Հետաքրքիր է ինչ խոսք: Ճիշտ է, չի կարելի ասել, որ Հայաստանում վիճակը բարվոք է: Այստեղ ևս մեզ վախեցնում են Արցախյան պատերազմով, բայց ի տարբերություն Ադրբեջանի, Հայաստանում հասկացողներն ու արտահայտվողները շատ էին: Ավելին ` արտահայտվողներին չեն մեղադրում պետական դավաճանության մեջ: Սակայն, ինչպես ասում են, սա էլ դաշնակցության խերը: Նրանց թեթև ձեռքով, պատմական որոշակի փուլում, հայերիս կպցվեց ահաբեկիչ պիտակը: Որքան էլ ազնիվ լինեին այդ գործողությունների տակ թաքնված մղումները, ամեն դեպքում, համաշխարհային հասարակության համար, դրանք ընդունելի չէին:

Ալիևն այս առումով բավականին խորամանակ է: Իր հասարակությանը մոլորեցնելուց զատ, նա շեշտադրում է անում այդ նույն միջազգային հանրության համար մի այնպիսի ցավոտ թեմայի, ինչպիսին ահաբեկչությունն է: Այն, որ երկու երկրներն էլ վխտում են հակառակորդների գործակալներով, դա գաղտնիք չէ: Սակայն փաստ է, որ եթե Հայաստանն ուզենար որևէ գործողություն աներ Բաքվում, ապա անցնող 25 տարիների ընթացքում, բազմաթիվ առիթներ ուներ դրա համար: Հիմա ի՞նչ է ստացվում, Ալիևը խնդրում է որ Բաքուն պայթեցնենք: Լավ կլինի, որ Հայաստանի կողմից, այս հաղորդագրությանը պատասխանի թոշակի գնացող որևէ գեներալ:
