Առաջին համապետական շաբաթօրյակը Հայաստանում անցկացվելու է մայիսի 27-ին: Այս մասին մայիսի 6-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ նշեց ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարար Դավիթ Լոքյանը: Նրա խոսքով՝ շաբաթօրյակի ժամանակ շեշտադրումը լինելու է աղբավայրերի տեղայնացումը:

«Յուրաքանչյուր համայնքից կամ համայնքային խմբից պետք է տեղեկություն ստանանք, թե աղբավայրերը, որտեղ են տեղայնացվում: Օրինակ, Աշտարակին հարակից 15 բնակավայրերն իրենց համար պետք է ունենան մեկ ընդհանուր աղբավայր, իսկ Նոյեմբերյանի տարածաշրջանի Կողբ գյուղական համայնքի շրջակայքում գործող 5 աղբավայրերը  պետք է փակել և ունենալ մեկ ընդհանուր աղբավայր»,-ասաց նախարարը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ ՀՀ մարզերում առկա է ավելի քան 2000 աղբանոց՝ մոտ 500 հա ընդհանուր տարածքով: Լոքյանը նշեց, որ «Մաքուր Հայաստան» գործողությունների ծրագրի շրջանակներում իրենց նախարարության աշխատակազմի կողմից գույքագրվել և անձնագրավորվել են այդ աղբավայրերը: Աղբանոցների տեղադիրքի և դրանց վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվությունը հասանելի է Google Earth հենքի վրա կառուցված միջավայրում:

Նրա տեղեկացմամբ` նեկայումս տարեկան 9-10 մլրդ դրամ գումար է ծախսվում աղբահանության համար, որի 60 տոկոսը հատկացվում է պետական բյուջեից: Ըստ նախարարի՝ առաջնային խնդիրներից է այդ աղբավայրերը տեղայնացնելը և աղբահանության համար նախատեսված ծախսերը ճիշտ կառավարելը:

«Նախարարության վարչության պետերը, փոխնախարարներն այցելում են բոլոր մարզեր և մարզային հանձնաժողովների հետ քննարկում են աղբահանության ծրագրերը և հանձնարարություններ տալիս: Աղբավայրերի խնդիրը մեկօրյա խնդիր չէ»,-հավելեց Դավիթ Լոքյանը:
