Ի պաշտպանություն ապրիլյան պատերազմում զոհվածների ընտանիքների, վիրավորների իրավունքների ՄԻԵԴ-ում կոմունիկացվել են ընդդեմ Ադրբեջանի ներկայացված 23 գործ

Ապրիլյան պատերազմի ժամանակ ադրբեջանական վայրագությունների վերաբերյալ Արցախի Հանրապետության Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի միջանկյալ զեկույցը լայնորեն տարածվել է: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի մամուլի սրահում հրավիրված ասուլիսում նշեց Արցախի Հանրապետության Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը: Զեկույցում ներկայացված է Արցախի խաղաղ բնակչության և Պաշտպանության բանակի զինվորների նկատմամբ ապ րիլի 2-5-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի կողմից կատարված վայրագությունները, թույլ տրված մարդու իրավունքների խախտումները:
«Այդ զեկույցը շատ կառույցներում դարձել է քննարկման առարկա: Մեր գործառույթների շրջանակում իրականացվել է փաստահավաք գործողություն, այդ ամենն ամփոփվել է և միջազգային հանրության համար հասկանալի լեզվով ներկայացվել: Կարողացանք այնպես անել, որ զեկույցը լայնորեն տարածում գտնի, դրանում օգնեցին մեր շատ գործընկերներ: Մենք կարողացանք այդ խնդիրը օրակարգային դարձնել շատ կառույցների համար»,- ասաց նա:
Ռուբեն Մելիքյանը նկատեց, որ աշխարհում բազմաթիվ հակամարտություններ կան, իսկ ապրիլյան քառօրյա պատերազմն այդ օրերին և դրանից հետո ամենակարևորը չէր:
«Միևնույն է, մենք կարողացանք այս հարցը բարձրացնել: Մեզ հաջողվեց ապրիլյան պատերազմի ժամանակ ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի կողմից թույլ տրված մարդու իրավունքների խախտումների մասին բարձրաձայնել: Այս ուղղությամբ աշխատանքը շարունակելու ենք»,-ասաց նա:
Խոսելով ՄԻԵԴ-ում ապրիլյան պատերազմի զոհերի, վիրավորների իրավունքների պաշտպանության հետ կապած ընդդեմ Ադրբեջանի գործերի մասին, Ռուբեն Մելիքյանը տեղեկացրեց, որ 23 գործ կոմունիկացված է: Դրանք վերաբերում են Ադրբեջանի վերահսկողության տակ հայտնված անձանց նկատմամբ իրականացված մարդու իրավունքների կոպտագույն խախտումներին: Նա նշեց, որ դեռ չեն տեսնում կոմունիկացված քաղաքացիական բնակչության ռմբակոծության հետ կապված գործերը:
«Դա պատահական չէ, կզարմանայի, եթե Եվրոպական դատարանը հակառակ առաջնահերթությամբ շարժվեր: Դատարանը շարժվել է մարդու իրավունքների կարևորության կամ նշանակության առաջնահերթությամբ: Այն գազանությունները, վայրագությունները, որոնք արվել են, ինքնին խոսուն են»,- ասաց Ռուբեն Մելիքյանը:
