Արցախում պատիժը կրող դիվերսանտներին կեղծ լույսի ներքո ներկայացնելու Ադրբեջանի փորձերը

Արցախի ՄԻՊ-ն ուշադրության կենտրոնում է պահում այնտեղ պատիժը կրող Ադրբեջանի քաղաքացիների իրավունքների հարցերը: «Արմենպրես»-ի մամուլի սրահում հրավիրված ասուլիսում Արցախի Հանրապետության մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Ռուբեն Մելիքյանը նշեց, որ ինքն այցելել է Շուշի քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ, հանդիպել այնտեղ պահվող բոլոր դատապարտյալներին, այդ թվում, ադրբեջանցիներին:

«Ես այցելել եմ Շուշի քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ, տեսել եմ դատապարտյալներին, այդ թվում, ադրբեջանցիներին: Նրանց հետ ունեցել եմ մեկուսի զրույցներ իրենց նախաձեռնությամբ: Բովանդակությունը չեմ կարող ներկայացնել, բայց դրա արդյունքում որոշակի աշխատանքներ ենք կատարվել: Նրանք Արցախի Հանրապետության համար դատապարտյալներ են և ունեն հավասար իրավունքներ»,-ասաց Ռուբեն Մելիքյանը:

Անդրադառնալով Արցախում պատիժը կրող ադրբեջանցիների վերաբերյալ Ադրբեջանի տարածած տեղեկություններին, նրանց գործողություններն այլ լույսի ներքո ներկայացնելուն` Ռուբեն Մելիքյանը նշեց, որ իրենք դրանց մշտապես փաստերով են հակադարձում:

«Ես առիթ եմ ունեցել այս հարցին անդրադառնալու: Ադրբեջանական կողմը ներկայացնում է, թե այդ մարդիկ գնացել են Արցախ` այցելելու հարազատների գերեզմաններին, իսկ նրանց բռնում ու պահում են և այլն: Երբ մենք ներկայացնում ենք փաստերը, իրավիճակը փոխվում է: Մենք ներկայացնում ենք, որ նրանք սպանել են երեխայի, վիրավորել են անձի, զինված են եղել, նրանց մոտ հայտնաբերվել են ձայնագրություններ, որոնցում Ադրբեջանում ազգությամբ հայ ռազմագերիների հարցաքննությունն է: Այդ դեպքում այլևս որևէ հարց այստեղ չի մնում: Այս տեղեկատվությունը բավարար է, որ անկողմնակալ իտորդը հետևություն անի»,-ասաց նա:

Արցախի Հանրապետության պետական սահմանն ապօրինաբար հատած ադրբեջանական հետախուզական-դիվերսիոն խմբի անդամ Դիլհամ Ասքերովը դատապարտվել է ցմահ ազատազրկման, հանցախմբի մյուս անդամ Շահբազ Գուլիևը՝  22 տարվա ազատազրկման: Նրանք մեղադրվում են ազգային ատելության շարժառիթներով մարդուն առեւանգելով սպանելու, կազմակերպված խմբի կողմից անչափահասի նկատմամբ զենքի գործադրմամբ բռնություն գործադրելու, լրտեսության, Արցախի պետական սահմանը կազմակերպված խմբի կողմից հատելու, հրազեն եւ ռազմամթերք կրելու մեջ։ Դիլհամ Ասքերովին նաեւ կազմակերպված խմբի ողմից ազգային ատելության շարժառիթով երկու անձանց սպանության փորձի մեղադրանք էր առաջադրվել։
