Կայացել է Հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց հարցերով զբաղվող ազգային հանձնաժողովի նիստը

ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարար Արտեմ Ասատրյանի նախագահությամբ մայիսի 5-ին կայացել է Հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց հարցերով զբաղվող ազգային հանձնաժողովի 2017 թ.-ի անդրանիկ նիստը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
Նիստի ընթացքում մարզպետարանների և Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի պատասխանատուները, նախարարության կողմից նախօրոք մշակված հաշվետվային ձևաչափերով, ներկայացրել են մարզերում և Երևան քաղաքում հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց սոցիալական ներառման ուղղությամբ կատարված աշխատանքները:
Նախարար Արտեմ Ասատրյանը, կարևորելով նիստի օրակարգում ընդրգկված հարցերը, նշել է, որ 2016 թվականի ընթացքում մարզային և Երևան քաղաքի համապատասխան հանձնաժողովների կողմից իրականացվել են մեծ ծավալի աշխատանքներ, որոնք հստակորեն արտացոլվել են արդեն մշակված ձևաչափերում: Ըստ ոլորտի կազմված ձևաչափերը հնարավորություն են տալիս տեսանելի դարձնել առկա խնդիրները և իրականացնել անհրաժեշտ աշխատանքները:
Հաշվետվությունների ներկայացման ընթացքում հնչել են առաջարկություններ հաջորդ տարվա ընթացքում ներկայացվող զեկույցներում հիմնականում անդրադառնալ հաշմանդամության ոլորտում մարզերում և Երևան քաղաքում հիմնական ձեռքբերումներին և առկա կարևորագույն խնդիրներին, որոնք հնարավոր է քննարկել ազգային հանձնաժողովի նիստի ընթացքում:
Նիստի ընթացքում քննարկվել են նաև Հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց սոցիալական ներառման 2017-2021 թվականների համալիր ծրագրի մշտադիտարկումը և գնահատումն իրականացնող միջգերատեսչական խմբի ձևավորման հետ կապված հարցեր, ինչպես նաև ներկայացվել է տեղեկատվություն «Հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց իրավունքների մասին» ՄԱԿ-ի կոնվենցիայի հաշվետվության վերաբերյալ:
Բարձրացված կարևոր հարցերի շարքում քննարկվել են նաև մարզային մարզադպրոցների հարմարեցման, քաղաքաշինական նորմատիվ փաստաթղթերի վերանայման հարցերը:
Հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց հարցերով զբաղվող ազգային հանձնաժողովի նիստին մասնակցում էին հանձնաժողովում ընդգրկված պետական գերատեսչությունների, ինչպես նաև ոլորտում գործող միջազգային և հասարակական կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներ:
