Որևէ ջրօգտագործողի խնդիր անարձագանք չի մնալու. Արսեն Հարությունյանն այցելում է մարզեր

Ջրային տնտեսության պետական կոմիտեի նախագահ Արսեն Հարությունյանը մեկ առ մեկ այցելելու է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության բոլոր մարզեր՝ ոռոգման շրջանի մեկնարկին և ընթացիկ աշխատանքներին տեղում ծանոթանալու համար: Նախորդ շաբաթվա ընթացքում ՋՏՊԿ նախագահն արդեն հասցրել է լինել Արմավիրի և Կոտայքի մարզերում:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԷԵԲՊՆ ջրային տնտեսության պետական կոմիտեի մամուլի ծառայությունից, Հարությունյանը տեղում ծանոթացել է ոռոգման շրջանին ընդառաջ կատարված աշխատանքներին՝ ջրատարների մաքրում, վերանորոգում, ինչպես նաև՝ ոռոգման շրջանում ծագող խնդիրներին: «Ես հակված եմ այն մոտեցմանը, որ խնդիրների վերաբերյալ լիարժեք պատկերացում կազմելու համար պետք է դրանք տեսնել հենց տեղերում: Այդ պատճառով էլ առաջիկա շաբաթների ընթացքում մեր մարզային այցելությունները կշարունակենք: Որոշեցինք մեր այցերի մասին ախապես տեղյակ չպահել, որպեսզի ականատես լինենք տիրող իրավիճակի, այսպես ասած, «չսրբագրված» տարբերակին»,- ասում է ՋՏՊԿ նախագահ Արսեն Հարությունյանը:
Արմավիրի և Կոտայքի մարզերում ՋՏՊԿ պատվիրակությունը հանդիպել է ոչ միայն ոլորտի տարածքային պատասխանատուների, ՋՕԸ տնօրենների, այլև գյուղացիների և ջրօգտագործողների հետ՝ հենց նրանցից ծագող խնդիրների և կատարվող աշխատանքների վերաբերյալ հստակ տեղեկություններ ստանալու համար. «Բացի այն, որ մեզ համար շատ կարևոր է հենց տեղում խնդիրների և կարիքների գույքագրում իրականացնելը, մենք նաև ցանկանում ենք լսել ջրօգտագործողների, գյուղացիների կարծիքներն ու առաջարկները: Ես ևս մեկ անգամ ուզում եմ նշել, որ ոռոգման համակարգի հետ կապված յուրաքանչյուր մա րդու խնդիր, բողոք, առաջարկ լինելու է անձամբ իմ ուշադրության կենտրոնում: Ես ինքս վերահսկելու եմ, որ որևէ խնդիր անարձագանք չմնա»,- ասում է Հարությունյանը:
Մարզային այցելությունների համար հստակ օրեր նախանշված չեն: Դրանց համար ՋՏՊԿ պաշտոնյաներն օգտագործում են նաև ոչ աշխատանքային հայտարարված օրերը:
