Մոսկվայի ադրբեջանական ապտակը Երեւանին. «168 ժամ»

«168 ժամ» թերթը գրում է.
«Երեկ պաշտոնապես հաստատվեց այն տեղեկությունը, որը շրջանառվում էր ամիսներ շարունակ՝ փակվում է ԵԱՀԿ երեւանյան գրասենյակը։ Պաշտոնապես՝ փակվում է ԵԱՀԿ-ում Ադրբեջանի վետոյի պատճառով. Բաքուն, որպես ֆորմալ պատրվակ՝ ներկայացրել է շփման գծում գրասենյակի կողմից իրականացվող ականազերծման ծրագիրը, որը, ըստ ադրբեջանական կողմի, հակասում է իրենց շահերին։ Այս պատմությունը, իհարկե, ունի բազմաթիվ իրավական, ընթացակարգային նրբերանգներ։
Սակայն Հայաստանի համար շատ ավելի կարեւոր լինելով՝ վտանգավոր է այն իրողությունը, որ Ադրբեջանը՝ թեկուզ ֆորմալ հիմնավորմամբ, կարողանում է «փակել տալ» ԵԱՀԿ երեւանյան գրասենյակը։ Կարողանում է, որովհետեւ ի թիվս այլ պատճառների՝ ամիսներ շարունակ հայկական դիվանագիտությունը, ըստ էության, ջանքեր չի գործադրել, կամ, եթե գործադրել է, ապա դրանք բավարար ջանքեր չեն եղել Հայաստանի համար կենսական կարեւորություն ունեցող ղարաբաղյան հարցի կարգավորման հիմնական դերակատար կազմակերպության՝ ԵԱՀԿ գրասենյակի փակումը թույլ չտալու համար։
Որովհետեւ դրանով զբաղվելու փոխարեն՝ Հայաստանի առնվազն խորհրդարանական դիվանագիտությունն էյֆորիաների մեջ էր ԵԽ ԽՎ նախագահ Ագրամունտի հրաժարականի առիթով, որովհետեւ այդ դիվանագիտության ներկայացուցիչներն իրենց ներշնչել էին, որ կոռումպացված եվրոպացի պաշտոնյայի հրաժարականը իբրեւ թե նաեւ իրենց աշխատանքի արդյունքն է։
Իսկ երբ հիշում ենք, որ ԵԱՀԿ Խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովում Հայաստանի պատվիրակության ղեկավարն անգերազանցելի ռուսասեր Արտաշես Գեղամյանն է, ամեն ինչ ավելի պարզ է դառնում։
Ու նաեւ այդ համատեքստում շատ հիմնավոր են թվում փորձագիտական այն կարծիքները, որ ԵԱՀԿ երեւանյան գրասենյակի փակման իրական պատվիրատուն հետխորհրդային տարածքում արեւմտյան ամենայնի դեմ պայքարող ու Արեւմուտքի հետ որեւէ աղերս ունեցող կառույցներին հեռացնող Ռուսաստանն է, որը դա արել է Ադրբեջանի միջոցով։ Այնպես որ, Մոսկվան կամ Մոսկվան ու Ադրբեջանը միասին արձանագրում են Հայաստանի շահերի դեմ ուղղված իրենց հերթական հաղթանակը»:
