«Հայկական ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է.
«Շիրակի մարզի Արթիկ քաղաքում հետընտրական կրքերը չեն հանգստանում: Սկանդալային իրավիճակների մեջ են հայտնվել մանկապարտեզների որոշ տնօրեններ: Ապրիլի 25-ին Արթիկի թիվ 4 մանկապարտեզի տնօրեն Հասմիկ Աջամօղլյանի աշխատասենյակից հայտնաբերվել է գաղտնալսող սարք: Այս մասին armtimes.com-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց մանկապարտեզի տնօրենը:
«Բացեցինք սարքը, տեսանք, որ մեջը «Վիվասելի» քարտ կա, կարմիր լույսը միացված: Մենք քարտը հանեցինք, դրեցինք հեռախոսի մեջ, ստացանք զանգեր: Ես գիտեմ ում քարտն է, ինչ նպատակով է դրվել, բայց անուններ չեմ կարող տալ, քանի որ քրեական գործ կա»,- armtimes.com-ի հետ զրույցը մանրամասնեց Աջամօղլյան:
Մանկապարտեզի տնօրենն ասում է, որ այս ամենը կատարվում է այն պատճառով, որ ինքը ՏԻՄ եւ ԱԺ ընտրությունների ժամանակ սատարել է ՀՀԿ-ի թեկնածու Մուշեղ Պետոյանին:
Պետոսյանը ԱԺ եւ 2016 թվականի ՏԻՄ ընտրությունների ժամանակ, եղել է Արթիկի քաղաքապետ՝ Մխիթար Վարագյանի հակառակորդը, ինչն էլ քաղաքապետին դուր չի եկել: Հասմիկ Աջամօղլյանի խոսքով՝ մինչ ձայնագրող սարքի ի հայտ գալը, Արթիկի քաղաքապետարանը 15 օր շարունակ իր կողմից ղեկավարվող կառույցում ստուգումներ է իրականացրել: Ըստ որոշ լուրերի՝«ժուչոկը» տնօրենի աշխատասենյակում տեղադրել է քաղաքապետի տեղակալ Արտակ Հարությունյանը, որը արթիկցիներին հայտնի է «Շակալ» մականվամբ: Այս առթիվ մի քանի հարց ուղղեցինք քաղաքապետ։ Մխիթար Վարագյանին:
