Если у тебя опускаются руки в попытках успокоить малыша, не отчаивайся! Ты не плохая мама. Ты просто не знаешь о способе, который поможет укачать даже самого капризного ребенка.
Доктор Роберт Гамильтон из Калифорнии уже 30 лет работает педиатром. За это время он разработал особую технику, которая быстро и безотказно успокаивает плаксивых малышей. Редакция «Так Просто!» сегодня расскажет тебе, как быстро успокоить плачущего ребенка грудного возраста, пользуясь техникой «Захват» доктора Гамильтона.
Как успокоить ребенка
- Аккуратно возьми малыша одной рукой и прижми его правую руку к телу.
- Накрой его правую ручку левой. Нежно прижми их и закрепи в таком положении.
- Своей второй рукой возьми малыша за попку и надежно удерживай его под углом 45 градусов. При этом придерживай голову ребенка.
- Легонько потряси ребенка и покачай его вверх и вниз.
- Следи, чтобы ножки малыша были направлены немного назад по отношению к телу.
- Делай всё очень плавно, не совершая никаких резких движений.
