Երևանում կայացել է ԱՊՀ երկրների բարձրագույն վերահսկիչ մարմինների ղեկավարների խորհրդի նիստ

Երևանում հոկտեմբերի 7-ին տեղի է ունեցել ԱՊՀ երկրների բարձրագույն վերահսկիչ մարմինների ղեկավարների խորհրդի 15-րդ նստաշրջանը, որին մասնակցել են ՀՀ, ՌԴ, Բելառուսի, Ղազախստանի, Ղրղզստանի, Մոլդովայի և Տաջիկստանի բարձրագույն վերահսկիչ մարմինների ներկայացուցիչները: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ վերահսկիչ պալատի մամուլի ծառայությունից, նստաշրջանի թեման է եղել «Պետական աուդիտը որպես պետական ծրագրերի արդյունավետության բարձրացման գործիք»:
Նստաշրջանի մեկնարկին ՀՀ ՎՊ նախագահ Իշխան Զաքարյանն ստանձնել է ԱՊՀ երկրների բարձրագույն վերահսկիչ մարմինների ղեկավարների խորհրդի նախագահությունը: Որպես գործող նախագահ` պարոն Զաքարյանը ողջունել է մասնակիցներին և նշել, որ հատկանշական է, որ նստաշրջանի անցկացումը համընկել է Հայոց ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցի հետ և խնդրել է ներկաներին մեկ րոպե լռությամբ հարգել Հայոց ցեղասպանության զոհերի հիշատակը:
ՀՀ ՎՊ նախագահը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Մոլդովայի իր գործընկերոջը և ԱՊՀ երկրների բարձրագույն վերահսկիչ մարմինների ղեկավարների խորհրդի քարտուղարությանը 14-րդ և 15-րդ նստաշրջանների միջև ընկած ժամանակահատվածում աշխատանքների կազմակերպման բարձր մակարդակի համար:
Մասնակիցները հանդես են եկել ծավալուն զեկույցներով` համապարփակ անդրադարձ կատարելով կանոնակարգային, կազմակերպչական խնդիրներին, ներկայացնելով դրանց լուծման սեփական մոտեցումները: Քննարկումների արդյունքում նստաշրջանի մասնակիցները հանդես են եկել համատեղ հայտարարությամբ, ըստ որի վերահսկողական աշխատանքներում պետք է ցուցաբերել հստակ հետևողականություն, էական ուշադրություն դարձնել բացասական երևույթների պատճառահետևանքային կապերին, իսկ հետևողական վերահսկողությունը պետք է նպաստի արդյունքային ցուցանիշների ապահովմանը:
Նստաշրջանի ընթացքում պատվիրակներն այցելել են Ծիծեռնակաբերդ և ծաղիկներ խոնարհել Հայոց ցեղասպանության զոհերի հիշատակին:
Նստաշրջանն իր աշխատանքները շարունակելու է հոկտեմբերի 8-ին և 9-ին:
