Մազերի թեփը հիվանդություն է, որն ընդմիշտ ազդում է մեր արտաքին տեսքի վրա: Սպիտակ թեփուկները, որոնք առաջանում են գլխամաշկի վրա, մարդկանց մոտ առաջացնում են տհաճ անհարամարավետություն և անվստահություն:
Թեփը առաջանում է այն ժամանակ, երբ խանգարվում է գլխամաշկի ճարպաբաժանման ֆունկցիան: Շատերը թեփի առկայությանը ուշադրություն չեն դարձնում` անտեսելով այն: Մտածում են, թե անվնաս է, մինչդեռ այն կարող է հանգեցնել գլխի մաշկի հիվանդությունների, ընդհուպ մինչև մազերի կորստի, մազաթափության:
Գոյություն ունեն թեփի 3 տեսակներ՝ չոր թեփ.- առաջանում է այն մարդկանց մոտ ովքեր ունեն շատ չոր գլխամաշկ: Յուղոտ թեփ- ռաջացման պատճառ է հանդիսանում մաշկի յուղոտությունը և կարող է ուղեկցվել ուժեղ քորով: Խառը թեփ, երբ առաջանում է թե յուղոտ և թե չոր թեփ:
Պարզվում է՝ մազերի թեփը ոչ միայն կոսմետիկ խնդիր է, այլև ունի շատ կողմնակի ազդեցություններ:
Թեփից ազատվելու համար նախ և առաջպետք է ուշադրություն դարձնել սննդակարգին՝ հատկապես իմունային համակարգին:
Խորհուրդ է տրվում սահմանափակել կծվի, քաղցրի, և ճարպոտ սննդի քանակությունը: Ձեր սննդակարգը անպայման պետք է հարուստ լինի А, В, С, Е վիտամիններով և բջջանյութերով: Թեփի դեմ պայքարելու համար օգտագործվում են նաև օճառահեղուկներ, դիմակներ և լոսյոններ:
Իսկ եթե դուք թեփի դեմ պայքարելու համար հատուկ շամպուն եք օգտագործում, նախ պետք է թրջեք մազերը, քսեք շամպունը, իսկ հետո խնամքով լվանաք: Ոչ մի դեպքում չի կարելի շամպունը մազերին թողնել:
