«Հայաստանի էլեկտրացանցերը» մենաշնորհային ընկերություն է, որը զբաղվում է ձեռներեցությամբ եւ 10 տոկոս եկամտաբերություն ունի։ Այս մասին հոկտեմբերի 7-ին կայացած մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ ասել է ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր, տնտեսական հարցերով մշտական խորհրդարանական հանձնաժողովի ղեկավար Վարդան Այվազյանը՝ անդրադառնալով ՀԷՑ-ը «Տաշիր» ընկերությունների խմբին վաճառելուն։

Պատգամավորը նշել է, որ տեղի է ունեցել ընդամենը սեփականատերերի փոփոխություն։ «Եվ ի շահ մեզ, ՀԷՑ-ը գնել է մեր հայրենակիցը, որի ընկերությունը միշտ բարեխղճորեն է աշխատել։ «Տաշիր» ընկերությունների խմբից մենք լավից բացի ոչինչ չենք տեսել։ Այդ ամենը վկայում է այն մասին, որ հետագայում մեզ մոտ ծառայությունները որակյալ կկատարվեն»,- ընդգծել է Այվազյանը։ Պատգամավորը նաեւ հավելել է, որ Հայաստանում անհրաժեշտ է ավելի էժան էլեկտրաէներգիա արտադրել։

Ավելի վաղ NEWS.am-ը հաղորդել  էր, որ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները ռուսական «Ինտեր ՌԱՕ» ընկերությանը թույլ են տվել  «Հայաստանի էլեկտրացանցերը» վաճառել  ծագումով հայ ռուսաստանցի գործարար Սամվել Կարապետյանին։ Այդ մասին որոշումն ընդունվել է հոկտեմբերի 1-ին Հայաստանի Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովի նիստին՝ «Ինտեր ՌԱՕ Հոլդինգ BV»-ի եւ «Հայաստանի էլեկտրացանցերի» համապատասխանաբար սեպտեմբերի 15-ով եւ 25-ով թվագրված դիմումների հիման վրա։ «Ինտեր ՌԱՕ»-ի եւ «Տաշիր» հոլդինգի միջեւ կնքված պայմանագրի համաձայն, «Հայկական էլեկտրացանցերի» բաժնետոմսերի 100-ը փոխանցվել է  «Լիորմանդ Հոլդինգս Լիմիթեդ» ընկերությանը, որը գրանցված է Կիպրոսում։ Գործարքի գումարը չի հրապարակվում։ Հայաստանի կառավարության առջեւ որպես գործարքի երաշխավոր հանդես կգա «Կասկադ էլեկտրացանցեր» ռուսական ընկերությունը։
