ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարը ողջունել Է Աստանայում Սիրիայի շուրջ ձեռք բերված համաձայնությունները

ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղար Անտոնիու Գուտերիշը ողջունում Է Սիրիայի իրադրության խաղաղ կարգավորման եւ երկրում անվտանգության գոտիների ստեղծման վերաբերյալ Աստանայում ձեռք բերված համաձայնությունները: Այդ մասին, ինչպես հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը, ասված Է ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավո քարտուղարի պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Ստեֆան Դյուժարիկի հայտարարության մեջ:
«Կենսականորեն կարեւոր կլինի, որ այդ համաձայնությունն իրապես բարելավի սիրիացիների կյանքը: Գլխավո քարտուղարը ողջունում Է բոլոր զինատեսակաների, հատկապես օդուժի կիրառման արգելման, ինչպես նաեւ արագ, անվտանգ ու անարգել հումանիտար օգնություն ապահովելու պարտավորությունները»,- նշվում Է փաստաթղթում:
Ինչպես արդեն տեղեկացվել Է, մայիսի 4-ին Ռուսաստանը, Թուրքիան եւ Իրանը «Աստանա-4» հանդիպման լիագումար նիստում հուշագիր են ստորագրել Սիրիայում ապաԷսկալացման գոտիներ ստեղծելու մասին: Փաստաթուղթն ստորագրել են պատվիրակությունների ղեկավարները. Ռուսաստանի կողմից՝ սիրիական կարգավորման խնդրով նախագահի հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ Ալեքսանդր Լավրենտեւը, Թուրքիայի կողմից՝ Մերձավոր Արեւելքի եւ Աֆրիկայի հարցերով արտաքին գործերի փոխնախարար Սեդաթ Օնալը, Իրանի կողմից՝ արաբա-աֆրիկյան երկրների գործերով արտաքին գործերի փոխնախարար Հոսեյն Ջաբերի Արսարին:
Անվտանգության գոտիներն ստեղծվելու են Սիրիայի Իդլիբի նահանգում, Լաթաքիայի, Հալեպի եւ Համայի տարածքներում, Սիրիայի հարավում՝ Դերաայի եւ Քունեյթրայի նահանգներում: Այնտեղ արգելվելու Է զենքի կիրառումը: Բացի այդ տարածաշրջաններ կհասցվի մարդասիրական օգնություն:
