Վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանի գլխավորությամբ կառավարությունում տեղի է ունեցել տեսչական բարեփոխումների համակարգման խորհրդի հերթական նիստը:
Օրակարգի առաջին հարցով խորհուրդը քննարկել եւ հավանություն է տվել Կրթության եւ գիտության նախարարության կրթության տեսչական մարմին ստեղծելու նախագծին: Այն քննարկվել է շահագրգիռ գերատեսչությունների հետ: Նախագծով նախատեսվում է լուծարել Կրթության գործող տեսչությունը՝ որոշումն ընդունելուց երեք ամիս անց, իսկ Լեզվի պետական տեսչությունը՝ տարեվերջին: Այս մասին հայտնում է կառավարության մամուլի ծառայությունը:
Կարեն Կարապետյանն անդրադառնալով տեսչական բարեփոխումներին՝ նշել է, որ դրանք պետք է հստակ, համարձակ ու արագ կյանքի կոչել, իրականացնելով մաքսիմալ վերահսկողություն, ընթացքում լուծելով նաեւ հնարավոր խնդիրները:
Այնուհետեւ խորհուրդը քննարկել ու հաստատել է Տնտեսական զարգացման եւ ներդրումների նախարարության Շուկայի վերահսկողության տեսչական մարմնի ստուգաթերթերը: Նշվել է, որ ի կատարումն վարչապետի հանձնարարականի եւ առաջնորդվելով Ստուգումների մասին ՀՀ օրենքով՝ տեսչական մարմնի կողմից վերամշակվել, վերանայվել ու հնարավորինս պարզեցվել է 27 ստուգաթերթ. դրանցում ներառված հարցերի քանակը նվազեցվել է 80 տոկոսով: Տեսչությանը վերապահված է վերահսկողություն իրականացնել 32 ոլորտում: Հինգ ոլորտների ստուգաթերթերն արդեն իսկ հաստատվել են կառավարության կողմից:
Հավանության է արժանացել նաեւ Գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության Սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական ծառայության կողմից իրականացվող ստուգումների երեք ստուգաթերթ՝ ֆերմերային տնտեսություններում, ձկնաբուծարաններում ու սպանդանոցներում ստուգումներ իրականացնելու նպատակով: Ակնկալվում է, որ նախագծի ընդունումը հնարավորություն կտա կանոնակարգել հսկողությունն այս ոլորտում:
