Ստրկությունը պատմության մեջ առաջին և առավել բիրտ շահագործման ձևն է, որը հիմնվել է արտադրամիջոցների սեփականատիրոջ կողմից արտադրողի աշխատանքի և անձի յուրացման վրա։ Այն ձևավորվել է նախնադարյան համայնական հասարակարգի քայքայման հետևանքով և մեծ զարգացման հասել ստրկատիրական հասարակարգում։ 1948 թ-ին ՄԱԿ-ն ընդունեց «Մարդու իրավունքների համընդհանուր դեկլարացիան», որով արգելվեցին ստրկության ու ստրկավաճառության բոլոր ձևերը։

Կարծես ՄԱԿ-ի դեկլարացիան չի ազդում միայն Հայաստանի և հայկական իշխանությունների վրա: Հայաստանի իշխանությունները նմանվում են այն իմպոտենտ բիձուն, որի սեռական օրգաններից մնացել են միայն աչքերը, իսկ երիտասարդ կենսունակությունից՝ սեփական պառավին քրֆելու բուռն ցանկությունը: Մնացած դեպքերում` այդ նույն բիձեն շատ հնազանդ ծերունի է դառնում՝ մթամած աչքերով ու կատարող երեխայի ջանասիրությամբ: Սույն դեպքում, որպես պառավ հանդես է գալիս Հայաստանի ազգաբնակչությունը:

Գյումրիում ընտանիքի 7 անդամների սպանության համար ցմահ ազատազրկման դատապարտված ռուս զինծառայող Վալերի Պերմյակովը իր պատիժը կկրի Ռուսաստանում։ Այս մասին «РИА Новости»-իին հայտնել է Ռուսաստանի Հյուսիսկովկասյան օկրուգի ռազմական դատարանի ներկայացուցիչը։ Դատարանը այսօր ստացել է Հայաստանի դատարանի որոշումը։

«Իհարկե, նա իր պատիժը կրելու է Ռուսաստանում»,-պարզաբանել է գործակալության զրուցակիցը՝ չմեկնաբանելով, թե ՌԴ կոնկրետ ո՞ր շրջանի բանտ է տեղափոխվելու Պերմյակովը:

Հիմա հասկացա՞ք խոսքն ինչի մասին է: Ողբերգության վրա դիվիդենտներ չեն կառուցում: Մենք չենք էլ փորձի դա անել: Սակայն այստեղ զգացվում է հայ քաղաքական և իրավական ղեկավարության տկարամտությունն իր ողջ հմայքով: Չենք փորձի խորանալ որևէ իրավական եզրաբանության մեջ: Խնդիրը մեզ համար ունի բարոյական և հասարակական կողմ: Եթե անգամ Պերմյակովին հանձնում են Հրաչյա Հարությունյանի փոխարեն, ապա չենք կարող լռել: Հայ իրավապահ կոչված համակարգի ներկայացուցիչները, այդպես էլ չկարողացան հերքել, որ առաջինն իրենք են դուրս եկել Պերմյակովի հետքի վրա ու անգամ, հնարավոր է, ` ձերբակալել: Հետո առոք-փառոք տեսանք դատարանում: Փոխարենը՝ Հարությունյանին իր կամքից անկախ կատարած գործողության համար ծաղրի առարկա դարձրին մեր ոխերիմ բարեկամ երկրում: Մի երկրում, որի իշխանությունները մեր իշխանությունների հոգևոր հայրերն են: Ով իմանա՞, միայն հոգևոր թե՞…

Կարծում եմ, շատ շուտով, Հայաստանի առաջին դեմքը, ինչ-որ ԱՊՀ նիստի ժամանակ առիթ կունենա ևս մեկ անգամ շնորհակալություն հայտնելու ժողովուրդներին պահապանին այն բանի համար, որ թույլ տվեց հանձնել Պերմյակովին ու դատապարտյալ պահելու ծանր բեռից մեզ ազատեց:

Հիշեցնենք, որ նույն Գյումրիում սպանդ կազմակերպած ևս երկու զինծառայողի, երբ հանձնեցին Ռուսաստանին, մի քանի տարի հետո նրանցից գոնե մեկին տեսանք Ուկրաինայում նույն գործին՝ սպանդ կատարելիս:
