«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է. «Պաշտպանության նախարարությունից հափշտակությունների գործով աղմկահարույց բացահայտումները շարունակվում են: Պարզվում է, որ ՀՀ ՊՆ-ին ապրանք մատակարարող ընկերությունների մասնագետները գաղտնի գործարքի մեջ են մտել զորամասի պաշտոնատար անձանց հետ:
Մինչ պաշտպանության նախարարությունը իրեն ապրանք մատակարարած ընկերություններին դատի է տալիս՝ պահանջելով հետ վերադարձնել իրենից հափշտակած գումարները, իրավապահները բանակի պաշտոնատար անձանց եւ զորամասեր ապրանքեր մատակարարող ընկերությունների աշխատակիցների գործողությունների մասով աղմկահարույց բացահայտումներ են իրականացրել:
Եվ այսպես՝ «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթին հայտնի դարձավ, որ իրավապահների ուշադրության կենտրոնում են հայտնվել ՊԲ N զորամասի հրամանատարի թիկունքի գծով տեղակալ Վիգեն Պետրոսյանը, ՊԲ N զորամասի պարենային ծառայության պետ էդուարդ Ալեքսանյանը, ինչպես նաև «Ավանգարդ» ՍՊԸ գլխավոր մասնագետ Կարեն Գրիգորյանը: Ինչպես պարզեցինք՝ «Ավանգարդ» ՍՊԸ-ն ՊԲ վերոնշյալ զորամասին ապրանք է մատակարարել։
ՊԲ N զորամասի հրամանատարի թիկունքի գծով տեղակալ Վիգեն Պետրոսյանը, ՊԲ N զորամասի պարենային ծառայության պետ էդուարդ Ալեքսանյանը, ինչպես նաև «Ավանգարդ» ՍՊԸ գլխավոր մասնագետ Կարեն Գրիգորյանը համաձայնության են եկել զորամաս մատակարարված ապրանքները «մեջ-մեջ անել»։ Ասել է, թե վերջիններս ՀՀ ՊԲ N զորամասի պարենային ծառայության պետ էդուարդ Ալեքսանյանին ասել են, որ կեղծի պաշտոնական փաստաթղթերը, կեղծ ստորագրություններ դնի մատակարարված ապրանքի դիմաց՝ այսպիսով պետությանը պատճառելով շուրջ 3 միլիոն դրամի վնաս»:
