Երևանում 2017 թվականի առաջին եռամսյակում բազմաբնակարան բնակելի շենքերի բնակարանների շուկայական միջին գները` 1 քառակուսի մետր մակերեսի հաշվարկով, 2016 թվականի չորրորդ եռամսյակի համեմատ, նվազել են 0.8 %-ով: ՀՀ կառավարությանն առընթեր անշարժ գույքի կադաստրի պետական կոմիտեի տվյալների համաձայն, հանրապետության քաղաքներում, բացառությամբ Երևանը, 2017 թվականի առաջին եռամսյակում բազմաբնակարան բնակելի շենքերի բնակարանների, 1 քառակուսի մետր մակերեսի հաշվարկով, շուկայական միջին գները, 2016 թվականի չորրորդ եռամսյակի համեմատ, նվազել են 0.6 %-ով:

2017 թվականի առաջին եռամսյակում Երևանի կենտրոն վարչական շրջանում բազմաբնակարան բնակելի շենքերի բնակարանների 1 քառակուսի մետր մակերեսի միջին գինը կազմել է 428 հազար 250 դրամ, Արաբկիրում` 357 հազար 300, Քանաքեռ-Զեյթունում` 279 հազար 200, Նոր Նորքում` 252 հազար 600, Ավանում` 259 հազար 500, Էրեբունիում` 248 հազար 300, Շենգավիթում` 254 հազար 300, Դավիթաշենում` 273 հազար 200, Աջափնյակում` 249 հազար, Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիայում` 241 հազար, իսկ Նուբարաշենում` 157 հազար 700 դրամ:

Ընդհանուր առմամբ` Երևանում (բացի Նորք-Մարաշից)  2017 թվականի առաջին եռամսյակում բազմաբնակարան բնակելի շենքերի բնակարանների 1 քառակուսի մետր մակերեսի միջին գինը կազմել է 272 հազար 800 դրամ, 2016 թվականի նույն ժամանակահատվածում` 274 հազար 600 դրամ, իսկ 2016-ի չորրորդ եռամսյակում` 275 հազար 100 դրամ:

Երևանում 2017 թվականի առաջին եռամսյակում անհատական բնակելի տների շինության 1 քառակուսի մետր մակերեսի շուկայական միջին գները (ներառյալ տնամերձի միավորի գինը), 2016 թվականի չորրորդ եռամսյակի համեմատ նվազել են 0.5 %-ով:

2017 թվականի առաջին եռամսյակում Երևանի Կենտրոն վարչական շրջանում անհատական բնակելի տների շինության 1 քառակուսի մետր մակերեսի միջին գինը կազմել է 476 հազար 350 դրամ, Արաբկիրում` 383 հազար 100, Քանաքեռ-Զեյթունում` 293 հազար 500, Նոր Մարաշում` 315 հազար 400, Ավանում` 269 հազար, Էրեբունիում` 239 հազար 600, Շենգավիթում` 252 հազար, Դավիթաշենում` 274 հազար, Աջափնյակում` 249 հազար 500, Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիայում` 238 հազար 100, իսկ Նուբարաշենում` 150 հազար 800 դրամ: Ընդհանուր առմամբ` Երևանում (բացի Նոր-Նորքից)  2017 թվականի առաջին եռամսյակում անհատական բնակելի տների շինության 1 քառակուսի մետր մակերեսի միջին գինը կազմել է 285 հազար 600 դրամ, 2016 թվականի նույն ժամանակահատվածում` 286 հազար 700 դրամ, իսկ 2016-ի չորրորդ եռամսյակում` 286 հազար 900 դրամ:

2017 թվականի առաջին եռամսյակում հանրապետության քաղաքներում, բացառությամբ Երևանը, անհատական բնակելի տների շինության 1 քառակուսի մետր մակերեսի շուկայական միջին գները (ներառյալ տնամերձի միավորի գինը), 2016 թվականի չորրորդ եռամսյակի համեմատ նվազել են 0.2 %-ով:
