Արտաշատի ճանապարհին մի խումբ անձանց կողմից սպանության փորձ կատարելու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրգործ

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ Արտաշատի ճանապարհին մի խումբ անձանց կողմից սպանության փորձ կատարելու դեպքի առթիվ։ Ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական, օպերատիվ-որոնողական միջոցառումներ՝ առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձանց ինքնությունը, շարժառիթը պարզելու ուղղությամբ։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչ ական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
Նախնական տվյալներով՝ 2017թ. մայիսի 3-ին` ժամը 18:40-ի սահմաններում, Վ.Արտաշատ-Արտաշատ ավտոճանապարհի 3-րդ կմ հատվածում անհայտ անձինք «Լադա Պրիորա» մակնիշի 777/93 ՌԴ հաշվառման համարանիշի սպիտակ գույնի ավտոմեքենայով հետապնդել են Նորաշեն համայնքի ղեկավար Նորայր Գրիգորյանին պատկանող «Վազ2107» մակնիշի 44VV443 հաշվառման համարանիշի ավտոմեքենան, որի ղեկին այդ պահին գտնվել է վարորդ Կարեն Ղազարյանը։ Հրազենից կրակոցներ են արձակվել «ՎԱԶ 2107» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի վարորդի և նրա ուղևորի՝ Ն.Գրիգորյանի ուղղությամբ, ապա՝ հեռացել դեպքի վայից։
Արձակված կրակոցների հետևանքով Կ.Ղազարյանն ստացել է ձախ ազդրի վերին երրորդականի, ձախ սրունքի և աջ վերանրակային շրջանի հրազենային վնասվածքներ և տեղափոխվել բժշկական կենտրոն։
Ձեռք բերված փաստական տվյալների համաձայն՝ «Վազ2107» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի ուղղությամբ կրակոցներ են արձակվել երկու անձի կողմից՝ «Լադա Պրիորա» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի աջ կողային հատվածի առջևի ու հետևի դռների բաց պատուհաններից։
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ՔԿ Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին, 7-րդ կետերով, 235-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով: Կ.Ղազարյանը և Ն.Գրիգորյանը ճանաչվել են տուժող և հարցաքննվել։
Մշակվել է քննչական պլան, առաջ քաշվել աշխատանքային վարկածներ, որոնք ստուգելու ուղղությամբ կատարվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ, օպերատիվ-որոնողական միջոցառումներ իրականացնելու վերաբերյալ հանձնարարություններ են տրվել ոստիկանության համապատասխան ստորաբաժանումներին։
Քրեական գործով էական նշանակություն ունեցող մի շարք հանգամանքներ պարզելու համար նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական, դատակենսաբանական համալիր, հետքաբանական և դատաձգաբանական, դատատեսաձայնագրառային փորձաքննություններ։
