Լոռու մարզի Թումանյան համայնքին տրամադրվել են շուրջ 146 մլն ՀՀ դրամի տեխնիկական միջոցներ և սարքավորումներ

ԱՄՆ Միջազգային Զարգացման Գործակալության (USAID) «Աջակցություն տեղական ինքնակառավարման բարեփոխումներին» ծրագրի շրջանակներում Լոռու մարզի Թումանյան միավորված համայնքին տրամադրվել են մեկ աղբատար մեքենա, մեկ «Կամազ» մակնիշի բեռնատար մեքենա և մեկ բազմաֆունկցիոնալ էքսկավատոր: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախ արարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
Ծրագրի ընդհանուր արժեքը կազմում է շուրջ 146 մլն ՀՀ դրամ: Ծրագրի իրականացման արդյունքում Թումանյան համայնքին կհատկացվի ևս 2 միկրոավտոբուս, որոնք կծառայեն համայնքի բնակավայրերի միջև տրանսպորտային կապը ապահովելու համար: Համայնքի բոլոր բնակավայրերում կկառուցվեն նաև կանգառներ:
Տեխնիկական միջոցները և սարքավորումները օգտագործվելու են համայնքի փողոցային լուսավորության համակարգի ստեղծման ու համալրման, համայնքի աղբահանության համակարգի ձևավորման ու սպասարկման, ներհամայնքային ճանապարհների սպասարկման համակարգի ձևավորման, համայնքային տնտեսության պահպանման ու բարելավման նպատակով:
Հիշեցնենք, որ նույն ծրագրի շրջանակներում արդեն իսկ Սյունիքի մարզի Տաթև միավորված համայնքին տրամադրվել են 2 կոմբայն, 1 ավտոգրեյդեր, 1 բազմաֆունկցիոնալ էքսկավատոր, 1 աղբատար մեքենա: Տեխնիկական միջոցների և սարքավորումների գնման ընդհանուր արժեքը կազմում է 166 միլիոն, 885 հազար, 750 դրամ: Նույն ծրագրի շրջանակներում նախատեսվում է կառուցել տեխնիկայի սպասարկման կայանատեղի, ինչպես նաև կգնվեն 150 հատ աղբաման:
Իսկ Դիլիջան միավորված համայնքում 2017-18 թթ. ընթացքում կկատարվի 1.700.000 դոլարի ներդրում: Դիլիջանին արդեն տրամադրվել է 3 ինքնաթափ բեռնատար, 2 բազմաֆունկցիոնալ էքսկավատոր, 1 գրեյդեր, 1 թրթուրավոր տրակտոր. սանմաքրման փոշեկուլ մեքենա: Առաջիկայում համայնքը կստանա նաև 1 աղբահավաք մեքենա, 1 ձյուն մաքրող կոմունալ մեքենա, 2 ավտոաշտարակ, կկառուցվի տեխնիկայի սպասարկման կայանատեղի:
Խոշորացման համատեքստում կազմավորված համայնքների ներուժը մեծացնելու նպատակով ԱՄՆ կառավարության կողմից՝ ի դեմս USAID-ի (ԱՄՆ-ՄԶԳ) «Աջակցություն տեղական ինքնակառավարման բարեփոխումներին» ծրագրի շրջանակներում և Շվեյցարիայի Համադաշնության կառավարության կողմից՝ ի դեմս Հայաստանում Շվեյցարական համագործակցության գրասենյակի, ֆինանսավորվել և ֆինանսավորվելու են նաև բազմաբնակավայր Ուրցաձոր, Վայք, Զառիթափ, Գորայք, Մեղրի, Տեղ, Ջերմուկ, Նոյեմբերյան, Կոթի, Այրում, Ամասիա, Աշոցք, Արփի, Սարապատ համայնքներում ներկայացված ներդրումային ծրա գրերը:
