Գլենդելի նոր քաղաքապետ է ընտրվել Վահան Կարապետյանը

Գլենդելի քաղաքային խորհուրդը միաձայն քվեարկությամբ Գլենդելի քաղաքապետ է ընտրել քաղխորհրդի անդամ Վահան Կարապետյանին: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, Վահան Կարապետյանը խոստացել է աշխատել քաղաքն ավելի բարեկեցիկ և ապահով դարձնելու ուղղությամբ, հետամուտ լինել ընթացիկ նախագծերի իրականացմանը հայտարարված ժամկետներոմ:
«Ասպարեզ»-ի հետ զրույցում Գլենդելի նորընտիր քաղաքապետն անդրադարձել է քաղաքապետի պաշտոնում իր առաջնահերթ ծրագրերին: «Մեր քաղաքացիներին ամենամեծ անհանգստություն պատճառող խնդիրներից է բնակարանների վարձերի բարձրացումը, որը հաճախ տեղի է ունենում տարվա ընթացքում մի քանի անգամ` տանտիրոջ և վարձակալի միջև պայմանագրի բացակայության պատճառով: Այս հարցը կարգավորելու համար նախատեսում եմ առաջարկել վարձերի կայունացման մասին նոր օրենք, ըստ որի տանտերը պարտավորվելու է վարձը բարձրացնելու մասին տեղեկացնել 4 ամիս առաջ և վարձակալի համաձայության դեպքում պարտադիր պայմանագիր կնքել մեկ տարի ժամկետով: առաջնահերթ հաջորդ հարցը բարձր աշխատավարձերով նոր աշխատատեղերի ստեղծումն է: Այս նպատակով նախատեսում եմ գրավիչ առաջարկներ ներկայացնել գործարարներին` Գլենդելում բիզնես գործունեություն ծավալելու համար: Առաջիկա տարում կկառուցվի 70 մատչելի բնակարան տարեցների համար: Բնակելի շենքերի հարևանությամբ էլ նախատեսում եմ կառուցել կայանատեղիներ»,- ասել է Կարապետյանը:
Նա նաև տեղեկացրել է, որ աշխատում է Հայաստան երկու հրշեջ մեքենա ուղարկելու համար անհրաժեշտ ֆինանսական միջոցներ հայթայթելու ուղղությամբ: Գլենդելի քաղաքապետն ընտրվում է քաղխորհրդի անդամների կողմից` 1 տարի պաշտոնավարման ժամկետով:
Մայիսի 1-ին Գլենդելի քաղաքապետարանում պաշտոններ են ստանձնել քաղխորհրդում վերընտրված Զարեհ Սինանյանը, Արա Նաջարյանը, ինչպես նաև առաջին անգամ ընտրված Վրեժ Աղաջանյանը, Արդի Քասախյանը, ով նշանակվել է քաղաքապետարանի քարտուղար, իսկ Րաֆֆի Մանուկյանը կլինի քաղաքապետարանի գանձապահը:
Գլենդելի քաղաքապետարանում տեղի է ունեցել նաև համայնքային քոլեջի հոգաբարձուների խորհրդում ընտրված անդամներ Արմինե Հակոբյանի, Իվետ Վարդանյան-Դևիսի, Էն Ռասֆորդի, ինչպես նաև Գլենդելի Միացյալ կրթաշրջանի խորհրդում վերընտրված Արմինա Կարապետյանի, Գրեգ Գրիգորյանի և նոր ընտրված Շանթ Սահակյանի երդմնակալության արարողությունը:
