Ինչո՞վ կավարտվի Ավշարի Արայիկի ընտանիքին պատկանող ընկերության ու ՊԵԿ-ի կռիվը. «Ժողովուրդ»

«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է.
«ԱԺ պատգամավոր Արայիկ Գրիգորյանի ընտանիքին պատկանող ընկերության եւ պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի ջրերը նույն առվով չեն հոսում: «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը պարզեց, որ ԱԺ պատգամավորի եղբորորդուն պատկանող ընկերությունը դատի է տվել ՊԵԿ-ի Արտաշատի մարզային բաժնին:
Տեղեկացանք, որ «Ավշար Պրոդ» ՍՊԸն 2016 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 21-ին դիմել է ՀՀ վարչական դատարան՝ պահանջելով, որ կառավարությանն առընթեր պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի Արտաշատի մարզային բաժինն անվավեր ճանաչի ՊԵԿ-ի Արարատի մարզային բաժնի կողմից կայացրած որոշումը:
Պարզվում է, որ 2016 թվականին ՊԵԿ վերոնշյալ ստորաբաժանումը ընկերությունում բյուջեի հետ փոխհարաբերությունների եւ հարկային մարմնի կողմից վերահսկվող ՀՀ օրենսդրության առանձին պահանջների կատարման ճշտության ստուգում է իրականացրել, ինչի արդյունքում համապատասխան ակտ է կայացրել:
Սակայն «Ավշար Պրոդ» ՍՊԸ-ն, որի հիմնադիրն է Արարատի մարզպետ Արամայիս Գրիգորյանի եղբոր որդին` Արմեն Գրիգորյանը, ՊԵԿ-ի կայացրած ակտը համարել է անհիմն եւ դիմել է ՀՀ վարչական դատարան՝ պահանջելով, որ անվավեր ճանաչվի ՊԵԿ-ի կողմից ներկայացված որոշումը: Նշենք, որ դատարանում երկու կողմերն էլ իրենց դիրքորոշումներն են հայտնել, սակայն դատարանը գտել է, որ ստուգում իրականացնող ՊԵԿ տեսուչները դուրս են եկել իրենց լիազորությունների շրջանակից եւ ըստ էության ապօրինի ստուգում իրականացրել: Եվ ահա ՀՀ վարչական դատարանի դատավոր Արթուր Պողոսյանը բավարարել է պատգամավորի եղբոր որդու հայցը եւ կայացրած ակտը համարել են անվավեր:
Սակայն այսքանով չի ավարտվել պատգամավորի ազգականներին պատկանող ընկերության եւ ՊԵԿ-ի կռիվը: «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթին հայտնի դարձավ, որ 2017-ի հունվարի 31-ին ՊԵԿ-ն է դիմել ՀՀ վերաքննիչ դատարան՝ բողոքարկելով կայացրած վճիռը: Թե ինչով կավարտվի Ավշարի Արայիկի ազգականներին պատկանող ընկերության եւ ՊԵԿ-ի կռիվը, ժամանակը ցույց կտա: Բայց դատելով Արայիկի ունեցած քաղաքական «տանիք հարստությունից»՝ թերեւս ՊԵԿ-ն այս անգամ պարտվի»:
