Ուսումնասիրությունները պարզել են, որ երկու գավաթ գարեջուրը ավելի արագ է անցկացնում ցավը, քան պարացետամոլը

Նախորդ գիշերը ալկոհոլը չարաշահելու հետևանքով առավոտյան Ձեր գլուխը պտտվում է, ստամոքսը կարծես օրգանիզմի մեջ երերա: Այդպիսի դեպքերում ամենայն հավանականությամբ դիմում եք ցավազրկողների օգնությանը:

Սակայն վերջին հետազոտությունների ընթացքում հետաքրքիր բան է պարզվել. երկու գավաթ գարեջուր ըմպելն ավելի արագ է անցկացնում ցավը, քան հենց ցավազրկողները:

Ավելի քանի 18 ուսումնասիրությունները կատարել են Գրինվիչի համալսարանի գիտնականները՝ պարզելով, որ գարեջրի երկու գավաթը նվազեցնում է ցավը մեկ քառորդով:

Արյան մեջ բարձրացնելով ալկոհոլի պարունակությունը մոտ 0.08 տոկոսով՝ Ձեր մարմնին տալիս եք «ցավի դիմացկունության» մի փոքր ավելի բարձր մակարդակ, հետևաբար նաև «ցավի ինտենսիվության կրճատում»:

Ուսումնասիրողները բացատրում են. «Կլինիկորեն ապացուցված է այս փաստը, սակայն հարկավոր է նաև հաշվի առնել, որ երկարաժամկետ առողջության համար անդադար ալկոհոլ օգտագործելը չափազանց վտանգավոր է»:

Դեռ պարզ չէ՝ այս երևույթը կապված է նրա հետ, որ ալկոհոլը ազդում է ուղեղի ռեցեպտորների վրա, թե՞ այն ուղղակի իջեցնում է անհանգստության մակարդակը, և մենք սկսում ենք մտածել, որ ցավն այնքան էլ ուժգին չէ:

Բժիշկ Թրևոր Թոմփսոնը, ով առաջնորդել է Գրինվիչի հետազոտողներին, ասում է. «Ալկոհոլը կարող է համեմատվել ափիոնային դեղերի հետ, ինչպիսին է կոդեինը: Այն մի քանի անգամ գերազանցում է պարացետամոլին»:

Այնուամենայնիվ, գիտնականները նաև հիշեցնում են, որ ուսումնասիրությունների այսպիսի արդյունքը դեռ չի նշանակում, որ ալկոհոլը լավ է մեր առողջության համար:

Ռոզանա Օ՛Քոնորը՝ Անգլիայի հանրային առողջության ալկոհոլի և դեղորայքի բաժնի ղեկավարն, ասում է. «Շատ ալկոհոլ օգտագործելը միանշանակ կվնասի Ձեր երկարաժամկետ առողջությանը: Ավելի լավ կլինի՝ անպայման այցելեք Ձեր անձնական բժշկին»:

Անգլիայի կառավարության կողմից պատրաստված ուղեցույցներում նշված է, որ և՛ կանանց, և՛ տղամարդկանց համար թույլատրելի է շաբաթական ալկոհոլի սահմանափակ քանակություն ընդունել, որը հավասար է գարեջրի վեց գավաթի կամ էլ գինու 175 մլ վեց գավաթի:
