Տնտեսական զարգացման եւ ներդրումների  փոխնախարար Գարեգին Մելքոնյանը կարեւոր է համարում ներդրողների հետ աշխատանքի շարունակականությունը նաեւ ներդրում կատարելուց հետո: Հստակեցնելով ԵՄ–ի կողմից ֆինանսավորվող «Հայաստանում ներդրումների խթանման և ներդրումային քաղաքականության ինստիտուցիոնալ կարողությունների հզորացում» թվինինգ ծրագրի բաղադրիչները՝ նա նշեց, որ դրանք 3-ն են:

«Առաջին ուղղվածությունը համապատասխան քաղաքականության,  ռազմավարության մշակումն է, մասնավորապես՝ երկրի կողմից իրականացվող քաղաքականության բարելավումը: Երկրորդը բուն ներդրումների խթանումն է եւ աջակցության գործիքները, իսկ երրորդ ուղղությունը, որի նպատակն է Ֆրանսիայից օրինակ վերցնելը, այդ կամուրջը ստեղծելը եւ փորձ փոխանակելը,  վերաբերում է  համագործակցության հետներդրումային աջակցությանը, որը ենթադրում է արդեն իսկ ներդրում կատարած անձանց, կազմակերպություններին անհրաժեշտության դեպքում համապատասխան  ծառայություն ներով աջակցության ցուցաբերում, քանի որ ներդրումների  խթանման մասով աշխատանքը չի վերջանում ներդրում կատարելու պահով. դրանից հետո աշխատանքն եւս անհրաժեշտ է,  որպեսզի վերջինս հավուր պատշաճի կարողանա իր բիզնեսը զարգացնել»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց փոխնախարարը՝ ընդգծելով, որ դա էլ իր հերթին ոչ միայն կապահովի  բիզնեսի պահպանումը Հայաստանում, այլեւ կծառայի որպես օրինակ մյուս ներդրողների համար:
Խոսելով GSP+ համակարգի մ ասին՝ Գարեգին Մելքոնյանը նշեց, որ GSP+ համակարգ մտած ապրանքները արտահանման ոլորտում բավական զգալի մաս են  կազմում:
