Հայաստանի կառավարությանն առընթեր քաղաքացիական ավիացիայի գլխավոր վարչության պետ Սերգեյ Ավետիսյանը կարևորում է Հայաստանի և Եվրոպական Միության միջև ընդհանուր ավիացիոն գոտու ստեղծման շուրջ պաշտոնական բանակցությունների առաջին փուլի մեկնարկը: Մայիսի 3-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը Սերգեյ Ավետիսյանը հիշեցրեց, որ բանակցությունների առաջին փուլի մեկնարկը կայացել է ապրիլի 27-ին: «Մենք Եվրոպական միության մեր գործըն կերների հետ այս ընթացքում ունեցել ենք շատ արդյունավետ և դինամիկ բանակցություններ: Մենք ընդգծել ենք այն կետերը, որտեղ մենք ունենք որոշակի հարցեր, որոնք պետք է ճշգրտվեն թե մեր, թե իրենց կողմից: Նախանշել ենք այն անելիքները, որոնք առաջիկայում պետք է իրականացնենք: Մենք ֆիքսել ենք, որ բանակցությունների երկրորդ փուլը տեղի է ունենալու Բրյուսելում, նախնական պայմանավորվածության համաձայն` հունիսի երկրորդ կեսին»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` ասաց Ավետիսյանը:

Նա հավելեց, որ տրամադրվածությունը դրական է: Նույն տեմպերով շարունակելու դեպքում բավական արագ հնարավոր կլինի հասնել բանակցությունների ավարտին, որից հետո կլինի համաձայնագրի ստորագրումը: «Համաձայնագիրը չափազանց կարևոր է մեր երկրի քաղավիացիայի զարգացման համար, քանի որ դա այն անհրաժեշտ քայլերից մեկն էր, որը մեր երկիրը պետք է իրականացներ «Բաց երկնքի» քաղաքականությանն անցնելուց հետո: Ըստ էության, սրանով մենք ազատականացնում ենք դաշտը Եվրոպական Միության անդամ բոլոր պետությունների հետ: Մեր օրենսդրության մեջ մտցնում ենք իրավական կ արգավորումներ, որոնք կստեղծեն իրավական հիմք և բազա ավիաընկերություններին այստեղ ավելի ապահով ու կանխատեսելի զգալու համար»,- մանրամասնեց Սերգեյ Ավետիսյանը:

Քաղաքացիական ավիացիայի գլխավոր վարչության պետը հիշեցրեց, որ այս պահին ԵՄ անդամ ոչ բոլոր երկրների հետ է, որ Հայաստանն ունի իրավապայմանագրային հարաբերություններ ավիացիայի ոլորտում: Միևնույն ժամանակ, կան ԵՄ անդամ երկրներ, որոնց հետ ՀՀ-ն ավիացիայի ոլորտում ունի իրավապայմանագրային հարաբերություններ, սակայն պայմանագրերը չեն համապատասխանում ներկայի պահանջներին: ՀՀ-ի և ԵՄ-ի միջև ընդհանուր ավիացիոն գոտի ստեղծելու համաձայնագրով բոլոր այդ խնդիրները կկարգավորվեն, և Հայաստանն անդամակցելու է միասնական ավիացիոն գոտու մեծ ընտանիքին, ինչը մեծ հ նարավորություններ է տալու թե հայկական, թե եվրոպական ավիաընկերություններին` ավելի աշխուժացնելու իրենց աշխատանքը:
