Երևանում ծնված հինգ նորածիններից մեկը սկսել է շնչել առանց արհեստական շնչառական սարքի

Արմավիրի մարզի Արշալույս գյուղի 23-ամյա Լուսինե Պողոսյանն այսօր առավոտյան ժամը 4-ին լույս աշխարհ է բերել միանգամից 5 զավակ` չորս աղջիկ և մեկ տղա։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունից:
Երիտասարդ կնոջ հղիության վարումն ու ծննդալուծումն իրականացվել է «Էրեբունի» բժշկական կենտրոնում։
Ծննդօգնության գծով տնօրեն Անդրանիկ Պողոսյանը շտապ բժշկական ցուցումով կեսարյան հատման ճանապարհով կնոջը ծննդալուծել է հղիության 28 շաբաթական ժամկետում։
Հաշվի առնելով սպասվող նորածինների վիճակը` խորը անհասություն և ծայրահեղ ցածր քաշ, մինչև կեսարյան հատման սկսելը ձեռնարկվել են անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ։ «Մուրացան» բժշկական համալիրից հրավիրվել է արագ արձագանքման ռեանիմոբիլը։ Միաժամանակ նախապատրաստվել է «Էրեբունի» ԲԿ-ի երկրորդ ռեանիմոբիլը` նորածիններին, ըստ անհրաժեշտության, համապատասխան կլինիկաներ տեղափոխելու համար։
Փոքրիկները լույս աշխարհ են եկել 600, 820, 840, 840 և 880 գրամ քաշով։ Անհրաժեշտ վերակենդանացման միջոցառումներ ցուցաբերելուց անմիջապես հետո նորածիններից երկուսը` տղան և աղջիկներից մեկը, տեղափոխվել են «Մուրացան» բժշկական համալիր` ՀՀ ԱՆ գլխավոր մանկական ռեանիմատոլոգ Հրանտ Կալենտերյանի հսկողության ներքո։
Նույն ժամանակ նորածիններից մեկը տեղափոխվել է «Սուրբ Աստվածամայր» ԲԿ-ի, իսկ մյուսը` Մոր և մանկան առողջության պահպանման գիտահետազոտական կենտրոնի վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքներ։
Փոքրիկներից մեկը մնացել է «Էրեբունի» ԲԿ-ի նորածնային վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքում։
Բոլոր 5 փոքրիկները կյանքի առաջին իսկ րոպեներին ինտուբացվել են, ապա կլինիկաներում նրանց միացվել են արհեստական շնչառական սարքեր։
Մոր և մանկան առողջության պահպանման գիտահետազոտական կենտրոնում ՀՀ ԱՆ գլխավոր նեոնատոլոգ Պավել Մազմանյանի հսկողության տակ գտնվող փոքրիկը ժամը 12-ի դրությամբ սկսել է շնչել առանց արհեստական շնչառական սարքի։
Այս պահին բոլոր 5 նորածնի առողջական վիճակը մասնագետները գնահատում են ծայրահեղ ծանր։ Նրանց բուժման ընթացքը գտնվում է նախարարության և անձամբ նախարարի ուշադրության ներքո։
Մասնագետներն ամեն ինչ անում են փոքրիկների կյանքը փրկելու համար։
