ՀՀ կառավարությանն առընթեր քաղաքացիական ավիացիայի գլխավոր վարչության պետ Սերգեյ Ավետիսյանը հույս ունի, որ Գյումրիի «Շիրակ» օդանավակայանից ՌԴ թռիչքներ իրականացնող «Տարոն ավիա» հայկական ավիաընկերությունը իր տեղը կգտնի հայաստանյան և արտասահմանյան ավիացիոն շուկաներում: Մայիսի 3-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը Սերգեյ Ավետիսյանն ընդգծեց, որ վերջին շրջանում հայկական ավիաընկերությունների մասո վ դրական առաջընթաց են արձանագրել` հիշեցնելով, որ «Տարոն ավիա» ընկերությունն արդեն Գյումրիի օդանավակայանից սկսել է չվերթներ իրականացնել Ռուսաստան:

«Այս պահին նրանք չվերթներ են իրականացնում երեք ուղղությամբ` Կրասնոդար, Դոնի Ռոստով, Սամարա: Սա այն հերթական քայլերից էր, որն ապացուցեց, որ «Շիրակ» օդանավակայանն ունի մեծ պոտենցիալ, Գյումրին ունի մեծ պոտենցիալ թե զբոսաշրջային զարգացման իմաստով, թե առհասարակ: Ես կարծում եմ, որ ավիաընկերությունը կգտնի իր տեղը մեր ավիաշուկայում, և արտասահմանում` բերելով զբոսաշրջիկներ մեր երկիր և մասնավորապես Գյումրի»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ` ասաց Ավետիսյանը:

Նա նաև հավելեց, որ այս պահին քննարկումներ են իրականացնում իրանական որոշ ավիաընկերությունների հետ` Թեհրանից Գյումրի չվերթներ իրականացնելու հարցով: Սերգեյ Ավետիսյանի գնահատմամբ` սա ևս շատ դրական ազդեցություն կունենա թե ավիացիոն շուկայի, թե զբոսաշրջության զարգացման առումով:
