Հայաստանում օտարերկրյա ներդրումների խթանմանն ուղղված հայ-ֆրանսիական ծրագիրը մոտեցավ ավարտին

ԵՄ «Հայաստանում ներդրումների խթանման և ներդրումային քաղաքականության ինստիտուցիոնալ կարողությունների հզորացում» 19 ամիս տեւած թվինինգ ծրագիրն ավարտվեց: 19 ամսում ծրագրի շրջանակում հայ մասնագետներին ներկայացվել է եվրոպական լավագույն փորձը. ՀՀ տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարարության և Հայաստանի զարգացման հիմնադրամի մասնագետներին եվրոպական 20 փորձագետներ փոխանցել են ներդրումների ներգրավման՝ ծր ագրի եվրոպական գործընկեր «Բիզնես Ֆրանսի» կողմից ընդունելի արդյունավետ գործիքակազմը։

«Այսօր մենք ամփոփում ենք ծրագրի արդյունքները: Ես այն  գնահատում եմ որպես շատ արդյունավետ մի գործիք, քանզի այն նախեւառաջ բարձրացնում է կադրերի մակարդակը: Մեր առօրյա աշխատանքում արդեն իսկ ունենք 19 ներդրումային պոտենցիալ ծրագիր: Դրանք ներառում են բազմաթիվ ոլորտներ՝ հանքարդյունաբերություն, դեղագործություն, քիմիական եւ տեքստիլ արդյունաբերություն եւ այլն: Առաջինն ադամանդագործության ոլորտում 11 մլն դոլարի վաճառքներ ունեցող ընկերությունն է որոշել ներդրումներ սկսել  Հայաստանում: Մեր երկիրը դարձել է բավականին գրավիչ օտարերկրյա նե րդրողների համար, քանզի ապահովում է մուտքը Եվրամիության շուկա, որը բավականին մեծ շուկա է»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց Թվինինգ ծրագրի մշտականխորհրդատուի գործընկեր, ներդրումների խթանման բաժնի ղեկավար Նատալյա Արծրունին:

Հայաստանում Ֆրանսիայի դեսպան Ժան Ֆրանսուա-Շարպանտիեն ընդգծեց ֆրանսիական կազմակերպության՝ Հայաստանի հետ համագործակցության կարեւորությունը դեպի Հայաստան օտարերկրյա ներդրողներ գրավելու համատեքստում:

«Սա բավականին հագեցած եւ արգասաբեր գործունեություն էր: Խրախուսել Հայաստանի տնտեսական զարգացումը եւ նորանոր ներդրումները. սա  Հայաստանի կառավարության որդեգրած գերակայություններից է: Ես, իհարկե, իմ գոհունակությունն եմ հայտնում առ այն, որ Հայաստանի զարգացման հիմնադրամը իր գործողությունների այս վճռորոշ փուլում կարողացավ ստանալ օժանդակություն մի կառույցից, որը Ֆրանսիայում իրականացնում է նույն առաքելությունը, այն է՝ օժանդակել ֆրանսիական կառույցների միջազգային կապերի զարգացմանը եւ դրանով աջակցել, փոխանցել ֆրանսիական փորձն ու փ որձառությունը: Ես ուրախ եմ, որ հնարավորություն եղավ նմանատիպ համագործակցության համար»,-նշեց Ֆրանսիայի դեսպանը:

810 հազար եվրո ընդհանուր բյուջեով թվինինգ ծրագրի շրջանակում 19 ամսվա ընթացքում շեշտը դրվել է դեպի Հայաստան ներդրումների խթանման, օտարերկրյա ընկերությունների մասնաճյուղ հիմնելու, նոր աշխատատեղերի ստեղծման ու տնտեսական զարգացման վրա։ Ծրագիրն իրականացվել է Հայաստանում արտաքին ներդրումների խթանման քաղաքականությունը զարգացնելու և օտարերկրյա ուղղակի ներդրումների ավելացման միջոցով տնտեսական աճի, աշխատատեղերի ստեղծման՝ կառավարության քայլերին աջակցելու նպատակով:
