Ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները հանիրավի մեղադրվել են առանձնապես ծանր հանցագործությունների կատարման մեջ

ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում ավարտվել է պաշտոնատար անձանց վերաբերյալ սուտ մատնություններ կատարելու փաստերով հարուցված ևս երկու քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը: Մեղադրանքներ են առաջադրվել Անդրանիկ Գաբրիելյանին և Տաթևիկ Միքայելյանին, ովքեր նախաքննական մարմնին ակնհայտ սուտ տեղեկություններ են տրամադրել` ոստիկանության պաշտոնյաներին և Քննչական կոմիտեի քննիչներին մեղադրելով առանձնապես ծանր հացագործությունների կատարման մեջ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՔԾ լրատվական ծառայությունից:

Այսպես, սպանության փորձի և խուլիգանության մեջ մեղադրվող ՀՀ ԱՆ «Նուբարաշեն» ՔԿՀ-ի կալանավոր Անդրանիկ Գաբրիելյանը, նախազգուշացված լինելով սուտ մատնության համար նախատեսված քրեական  պատասխանատվության մասին, դատաքննության ընթացքում հայտարարել, իսկ հետո նաև Հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում տված ցուցմունքներով պնդել է, որ ՀՀ ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժնի մի խումբ աշխատակիցներ խոշտանգել են իրեն ու մարմնական վնասվածքներ պատճառել` պահանջելով խոստովանել կատարած հանցագործությունը:

Դեպքի վերաբերյալ Հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում կատարված նախաքննության ընթացքում իրականացվել են մի շարք քննչական և դատավարական գործողություններ, որոնց արդյունքում ձեռք բերած բավարար ապացույցների հիման վրա Ա. Գաբրիելյանի հայտնած տեղեկությունները հերքվել են:

Հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում հանցագործության մասին սուտ հաղորդում է տվել նաև սպանության, ավազակային հարձակման, խարդախության և գույքի գաղտնի հափշտակության հատկանիշներով քննվող քրեական գործով մեղադրյալ Տաթևիկ Միքայելյանը, ով, նախազգուշացված լինելով սուտ մատնության համար նախատեսված քրեական  պատասխանատվության մասին, նախաքննական մարմնին հայտնել էր, որ ոստիկանության ՔՀԳ վարչության և Էրեբունու բաժնի մի խումբ աշխատակիցներ իրեն կալանավորելու և երեխային մանկատուն հանձնելու սպառնալիքի գործադրմամբ հարկադրել են խոստովանական բացարություն տալ իր և ամուսնու կողմից կատարած սպանության վերաբերյալ: Տ. Միքայելյանը գիտակցաբար սուտ տեղեկություններ էր հայտնել նաև, թե հիշյալ սպառնալիքների գործադրմամբ իրեն նույնաբովանդակ ցուցմունքներ տալուն հարկադրել են նաև ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի քննիչները: 

Հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում կատարված նախաքննության ընթացքում ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների հիման վրա Տ. Միքայելյանի հայտնած տեղեկությունները նույնպես հերքվել են:

Այսպիսով, նախաքննությունն իրականացնող մարմնին հանցագործությունների մասին գիտակցաբար կեղծ տեղեկություններ տրամադրելու և առանձնապես ծանր հանցագործության մեջ մեղադրելով զուգորդված սուտ մատնություն կատարելու համար Ա.  Գաբրիելյանին և Տ. Միքայելյանին մեղադրանքներ են առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 333-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով:

Քրեական գործերի նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է: Գործերը մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ հանձնվել են դատավարական հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազին` դրանք հաստատելու և դատարան ուղարկելու համար:

Ծանուցում. ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
