Կիտրոնը հարուստ է A, C, B1, B6 վիտամիններով, կալիումով, մագնեզիումով, պեկտինով, ֆոսֆորով, կալցիումով: Քչերը գիտեն, որ օգտակար է կիտրոնի ոչ միայն միջուկը, այլև կեղևը:

- ձիթապտղի յուղ
- էվկալիպտի տերևներ
Կիտրոնը մաքրեք, կեղևը դրեք ապակե տարայի մեջ, վրան ամբողջությամբ ձիթապտղի յուղ լցրեք:
Հետո դրեք էվկալիպտի տերևները, տարան փակեք և թողեք թրմվի 2 շաբաթ: Երբ խառնուրդը պատրաստ լինի, թանզիֆը թրջեք դրա մեջ, դրեք խնդրահարույց մասին և վիրակապով ծածկեք:
