«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Երևանի ավագանու ընտրությունների նախընտրական քարոզարշավը բավական բուռն դրսևորումներով շարունակվում է: Մասնակից քաղաքական ուժերը բակից բակ, թաղամասից թաղամաս քարոզչություն իրականացնելով, փորձում են ստանալ քաղաքացիների վստահությունը, բնականաբար, ամեն մեկը յուրովի: Քարոզարշավը սակայն զուրկ չէ հետաքրքիր դրվագներից: Դե, բնականաբար, միայն այն, որ քաղաքապետարանը «գրավել է» ցանկանում Զարուհի Փոստանջյանը, արդեն իսկ բավական աշխուժություն է բերում:

Ի դեպ, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի «նշանակումները» հիշեցնում են ոչ վաղ անցյալում տեղի ունեցած իրողությունները: 2013 թվականի նախագահական ընտրություններից հետո, երբ Րաֆֆի Հովհաննիսյանը պարբերական բողոքի ակցիաներ ու հանրահավաքներ էր անցկացնում, հանրահավաքներից մեկում Փաշինյանը ելույթ ունեցավ և իր խոսքում անդրադարձավ ստվերային կառավարություն ձևավորելուն:

Այս գաղափարը թերևս Րաֆֆի Հովհաննիսյանն այնքան էլ լավ չէր պատկերացրել, քանի որ ընդամենը մի քանի օր անց, Հովհաննիսյանը սկսեց «նշանակել» նախարարների և այլ պաշտոնյաների: Թե ինչ ավարտ ունեցավ այս պատմությունը՝ բոլորս գիտենք: Րաֆֆի Հովհաննիսյանի բոլոր «նշանակումները» հօդս ցնդեցին Ծիծեռնակաբերդի հայտնի աղոթքից հետո:

Թերևս հենց այս օրինակն ունենալով, գուցե ամեն դեպքում պետք չէ ժամանակից շուտ առաջ ընկնել և մտնել քաղաքապետի դերի մեջ: Անշուշտ հասկանալի է, որ նման քայլերը հիմնականում փիառ տեխնոլոգիաներ են, սակայն երբեմն նման տեխնոլոգիաների և քարոզչական միջոցների չափազանցված կիրառումը կարող է բերել ընդհանրապես գործընթացի անլրջացման: Ինչն, ի դեպ, նկատվում է արդեն իսկ: Ուստի ինչպես ասվում է ժողովրդական ասացվածքում՝ «Առուն չթռած, հոպ մի ասա»:
