Մերկելը Պուտինին խնդրել է ապահովել Չեչնիայում գեյերի իրավունքների պահպանումը

Գերմանիայի կանցլեր Անգելա Մերկելը հայտնել է, որ Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինին խնդրել է օգտագործել իր ազդեցությունը, որպեսզի Չեչնիայում սեռական փոքրամասնությունների իրավունքները պահպանվեն, փոխանցում է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին։

«Ես խոսել եմ այն մասին, որ շատ բացասական զեկույցներ եմ ստացել այն մասին, ինչ տեղի է ունենում Չեչնիայում նույնասեռականների հետ, պարոն նախագահին խնդրել եմ, որ նա իր ազդեցության միջոցով ապահովի այնտեղ սեռական փոքրամասնությունների իրավունքների պահպանումը»,- ասել է Մերկելը Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հետ բանակցությունների արդյունքներով։

Ապրիլի սկզբին «Նովայա գազետա» թերթում հրապարակվել էր մի նյութ, որում ասվում էր Չեչնիայում սեռական փոքրամասնությունների ներկայացուցիչների զանգվածային ձերբակալությունների մասին։ Չեչնիայի ղեկավարի մամուլի քարտուղար Ալվի Կարիմովը հերքել էր թերթի տվյալները ու հայտնել, որ հանրապետությունում տղամարդիկ «միայն մեկ կողմնորոշում» ունեն, ինչի մասին կարելի է դատել բարձր ծնելիությունից։

Վլադիմիր Պուտինի մամուլի քարտուղար Դմիտրի Պեսկովը հայտնել է, որ հիմքեր չկան չվստահելու Չեչնիայի ղեկավար Ռամզան Քադիրովի այն հայտարարությանը, որ հանրապետությունում գեյերի նկատմամբ որեւէ հետապնդում չի իրականացվում։

Պուտինն ու Քադիրովը հանդիպել էին ապրիլի 19-ին։ Զրույցի ընթացքում Քադիրովը Պուտինին վստահեցրել էր, որ լրատվամիջոցների բոլոր հրապարակումները՝ Չեչնիայում մարդկանց առեւանգությունների ու սպանությունների մասին, սադրիչ բնույթ ունեն։
