Ասում են՝ աչքերը հոգու հայելին են։ Marketium.ru-ն գրում է, որ աչքերն իրոք արտացոլում են ձեր զգացմունքներն ու ներքին աշխարհը։ Սակայն բժիշկները պնդում են, որ աչքերը ոչ միայն հոգու, այլև ֆիզիկական առողջության արտացոլումն են։ Կայքը ներկայացրել է հիվանդությունների մի քանի նշան, որոնք կարող են հայտնել աչքերը։
Դեղնած աչքեր։ Այս փոփոխությունը դժվար է չնկատել։ Այս խնդրի հետ կարող են առնչվել տարբեր տարիքի անձինք։ Այն կարող է առաջանալ լյարդի, լեղապարկի կամ այլ օրգանների հետ կապված խնդիրների հետևանքով։ Ամեն դեպքում չի կարելի արհամարհել այս նշանը։
Կոպաբորբ՝ բլեֆարիտ։ Եթե կոպաբորբը պարբերաբար անհանգստացնում է ձեզ, հարկավոր է դիմել բժշկի օգնությանը։ Սա կարող է վկայել ճարպագեղձերի խնդիրների առկայության մասին։
Տեսողության մթագնում։ Համակարգչի առաջ երկար աշխատանքի արդյունքում կարող եք տեսողության մթագնում զգալ։ Սա հաճախ անվանում են նաև չոր աչքերի սինդրոմ։ Այս վիճակն առաջանում է համակարգչի, հեռախոսի և այլ գադջեթների երկար օգտագործման հետևանքով։ Եթե խնդիրը լուրջ անհարմարություններ է պատճառում, ավելորդ չի լինի դիմել մասնագետի օգնությանը։
Մազաթափություն հոնքերի հատվածում։ Սա առաջին հայացքից՝ անվտանգ է թվում, սակայն կարող է լուրջ խնդրի նշան լինել։ Բացի ծերացումից, սննդարար նյութերի բացակայությունից և սթրեսից՝ հոնքերի հատվածում մազաթափությունը կարող է առողջության հետ կապված որոշ խնդիրների հետևանք լինել։ Սա կարող է վկայել հիպոթիրեոզի առկայության մասին՝ վահանաձև գեղձի հորմոնների անբավարարություն։

Կույր հետքեր։ Եթե այս երևույթը պարբերաբար նկատվում է, պատճառը կարող է միգրենը լինել։
Պղտոր հետքեր դիաբետի դեպում։ Եթե տառապում եք շաքարային դիաբետով, հարկավոր է ուշադրություն դարձնել աչքերի առողջությանը։ Այս դեպքում կարող է հանդիպել այնպիսի խնդիր, որը տացել է դիաբետիկ ռեթինոպաթիա անունը։
Տեսողության վատացում կամ կորուստ։ Հարկավոր է հիշել, որ տեսողության հետ կապված ցանկացած փոփոխություն անհապաղ բժշկական միջամտության կարիք ունի։ Եթե նկատել եք, որ տեսողությունը վատացել է կամ ինչ-որ պահի նույնիսկ անհետացել, պարտադիր բժշկի դիմեք։ Սա կարող է կաթվածի նշան լինել։
