«Ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «Մոտ երկու ամիս առաջ Ռուսաստանի Սոչի քաղաքում Հայաստանից ներկրված եւ այրելու միջոցով ոչնչացված 200 կիլոգրամ թառափ տեսակի ձկան սեփականատեր, «Արարատ իշխան» ՍՊԸ տնօրեն Արամ Մանուկյանը մինչ օրս որեւէ փոխհատուցում չի ստացել իր կրած վնասների համար, եւ ոչ էլ որեւէ մեկը նրան պարզաբանել է, թե ինչու, ի վերջո, ոչնչացվեց վերջինիս արտադրանքը։

Ու թեեւ նա պատրաստվում էր նոր խմբաքանակ արտահանել, սակայն մտքափոխվել է. առանց այդ էլ միլիոնուկես գումար է կորցրել։ «Փոշմանեցի, չեմ ուզում նորից փորձել, նոր գումար չունեմ կորցնելու համար»,- մեզ հետ զրույցում ասաց Մանուկյանը։

Վերջինս պնդեց, որ Ռուսաստանից զատ՝ նոր շուկա փնտրել հնարավոր չէ, ստիպված պետք է սպասեն՝ մինչեւ վիճակը կայունանա։ «Արտադրությունը դեռ չենք դադարեցնի։ Մեզ մոտ հիմա արտադրանքի սառեցման պրոցեսով ենք զբաղված, քիչ քանակով ուրիշ արտահանողների համար ենք աշխատում։ Բայց դեռ չենք ուզում շտապել։ Մի քիչ որ փող կուտակենք՝ մի անգամ էլ կփորձեմ ուղարկել, որ վառեն»,- կեսկատակ-կեսլուրջ ասաց արտադրողը։

Մանուկյանը նեղսրտում է, որ իր հարցին ոչ ոք լուրջ չվերաբերվեց։ «Ոչ մեկին հետաքրքիր էլ չէր, թե ինչ եղավ, դրա համար էլ ոչ մեկը չպատասխանեց։ Ուղղակի մերոնք էլ գիտեն, որ սաղ մեղքը Ռուսաստանինն է, ռուսական կողմն է սխալ, եւ լիովին հնարավոր է պատասխանատվության ենթարկել իրենց, բայց մենք ով ենք, որ կարողանանք ռուսին պատասխանատվության ենթարկել։ Դրա համար սուսուփուս փոքր եղբոր պես նստած՝ անկյունում լաց ենք լինում։ Սա է իրականությունը»,- նկատեց մեր զրուցակիցը։

Նշենք, որ Սննդի անվտանգության պետական տեսչությունը մինչ օրս այդպես էլ չհրապարակեց, թե խնդրի հետ կապված ինչ պարզաբանում է ստացել ռուսական կողմից կամ առհասարակ ստացե՞լ է, թե՞ ոչ»:
