 ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության կողմից զգալի քայլեր են ձեռնարկվել դատական ակտերի հարկադիր կատարման գործընթացը պարզեցնելու համար: «Արմենպրես»-ի մամուլի սրահում հրավիրված ասուլիսում նշեց ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարի տեղակալ Արթուր Հովհաննիսյանը նշեց, որ իրականացված աշխատանքների շնորհիվ դատական ակտերի հարկադիր կատարման գործընթացն արագ կկազմակերպվի, կբացառվեն կամ նվազագույնի կհասցվեն դատական ակտերի հարկադիր կատարողի կողմից հայեցողական  գործողություններ իրականացնելու շրջանակը:

«Շատ լավ բոլորս հասկանում ենք, որ հայեցողական  գործողություններն իրենց մեջ պարունակում են կոռուպցիոն ռիսկեր: Օրինակ՝ գիտեք, որ կատարողական վարույթը, ըստ օրենքի, տևում է երկու ամիս: Այդ երկու ամսվա ընթացքում, սակայն, հարկադիր կատարողն ինքը կարող է որոշել, թե կոնկրետ գործողություններն ինչ ժամկետներում կարող են իրականացվել: Նոր նախագծով հստակ սահմանափակում է դրված: Եթե կոնկրետ գործողության կատարման կամ որոշման կայացման առիթը ծագել է, ապա հարկադիր կատարողն ունի 3 օր այդ որոշումն ընդունելու և համապատասխան գործողություն իրականանելու համար»,-ասաց նա:

Նախարարության կողմից իրականացված աշխատանքների արդյունքում հստակ ժամկետ է սահմանվել հարկադիր աճուրդների կազմակերպման համար: Այսօր գործող օրենքով հստակ ժամկետ սահմանված չէ, թե հարկադիր կատարողը, երբ պետք է որոշում կայացնի հարկադիր աճուրդի իրականցման համար: Նախարարի տեղակալը նշեց, որ այս գործընթացը ևս դրվել է սահմանափակումների տակ և հարկադիր կատարողն այլևս չի կարող ընթացակարգը ձգձգել:
