«Ժողովուրդ»–ը դեռ հուլիսի 28-ին կանխատեսել էր, որ Սյունիքի մարզպետ Սուրիկ Խաչատրյանի դեմ մահափորձի առիթով հարուցված քրեական գործի միջոցով լուծվելու է Գորիսի Սդղի գյոլ կոչվող տարածքում տեղի ունեցած ծեծկռտուքի առիթով կալանավորված մարզպետի որդուն «ազատելու» հարցը։ Մարզպետի դեմ մահափորձի գործով կալանավորված Արա Բուդաղյանը փաստացի պատանդի կարգավիճակում է։ Այս ընթացքում ՀՀ ԱԱԾ-ի քննիչները չեն էլ փորձում ապացուցել նրա կապը մահափորձի հետ։
Ըստ ամենայնի, Բուդաղյանին անազատության մեջ կպահեն այնքան ժամանակ, մինչև ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն կլուծի մարզպետ Խաչատրյանի բոլոր կալանավորված հարազատների ազատման հարցերը։ Ինչպես գիտենք, մարզպետի որդին և նրա վարորդի տղան արդեն ազատ են արձակվել։ Օրերս էլ ինքնակամ ոստիկանություն է ներկայացել նաև Սուրիկ Խաչատրյանի Եղբոր՝ Սերոբ Խաչատրյանի որդին՝ Մայիսը, որը 4 ամիս հետախուզվում էր։ Նրան, իհարկե, կալանավորել են, սակայն կասկած չկա, որ քննչական կոմիտեն նրան ևս ազատ կարձակի»,–գրում է թերթը։
