Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը «Ելք»-ի հաջողության դեպքում խոստանում է ուշադրություն դարձնել Հրազդանի կիրճի և Գետառի մաքրությանը

«Ելք» դաշինքի կողմից Երևանի քաղաքապետի թեկնածու առաջադրված Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ավագանու ընտրություններում հաջողության հասնելու դեպքում խոստանում է առաջիկա 5 տարիների ընթացքում Երևանում առնվազն 5 լողավազան-լճակներ հիմնել, որոնք քաղաքացիների համար կլինեն միանգամայն անվճար: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը «Ֆեյսբուք»-ի իր էջում տ եղադրել է տեսահոլովակ, որում անդրադառնում է Երևանում չլուծված ռազմավարական մի շարք խնդիրների: «Մենք պլանավորում ենք հատուկ ուշադրություն դարձնել Հրազդանի կիրճի և Գետառի մաքրությանը:  Մենք պլանավորում ենք առաջիկա 5 տարիների ընթացքում Երևանում առնվազն 5 լողավազան-լճակներ հիմնել, որտեղ երեխաներին և ընդհանրապես քաղաքացիներին կթույլատրվի լողալ: Դրանք կլինեն հանրային լողավազաններ:  Այսինքն, կլինի քաղաքային իշխանության մատուցած ծառայություն երևանցիներին: Մենք պլանավորում ենք, որ այս լողավազաններից քաղաքացիները կօգտվեն միանգամայն անվճար, իսկ լողավազանների կարիքները քաղաքային իշխանությունը կհոգա մասնավորի հետ համագործակցության միջոցով»,- ասում է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

Երևանի քաղաքապետի թեկնածուն կարծում է, որ մայրաքաղաքին անհրաժեշտ են ամառային լողավազաններ, որոնց բնականոն աշխատանքը կապահովվի համայնք-մասնավոր համագործակցությամբ. մասնավորապես՝ լողավազանների մոտակայքում գործելու համար մրցույթով կտրվեն սրճարանների թույլտվություններ՝ պայմանով, որ այդ ընկերությունները կապահովեն ջրի և շրջակա միջավայրի կատարյալ մաքրությունը:

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Երևանում չլուծված խնդիրներից հատկապես կարևորում է կանաչ տարածքների խնդիրը: «Այսօր Երևանում մեկ շնչին ընկնող 7.7 քմ կանաչ տարածք կա: Մինչդեռ դա միջազգային ընդունված նվազագույն չափանիշներին զիջում է կրկնակի անգամ: Այսինքն, նվազագույն ընդունված չափանիշը քաղաքային կանաչ գոտիների համար 16 քմ-ն է` մեկ բնակչի հաշվով: Բայց Երևանում, ինչպես տեսնում եք, վիճակը շատ մոտ է աղետայինի»,- ընդգծում է նա:

Քաղաքապետի թեկնածուն կարծում է, որ Երևանում պետք է շատ մեծ տեմպերով ավելանան կանաչ տարածքները: Սա է պատճառը, որ «Ելք» դաշինքի  նախընտրական ծրագրում նշել են, որ Երևանում առաջիկա 5 տարիների ընթացքում առնվազն 500 հազար ծառ պետք է  տնկվի: «Եվ մենք շատ կարևորում ենք քաղաքային անտառի գաղափարը և կարծում ենք, որ Երևանը պետք է պարփակվի կանաչ գոտիով և քաղաքային անտառով: Այս խնդրի լուծումն առավել հրատապ է դառնում, երբ արձանագրում ենք նաև այն փաստը, որ Երևանի օդում փոշու թույլատրելի չափաբաժինը փոշու պարունակության առումով թույլատրելի ն որմը գերազանցում է 1.3-1.6 անգամ: Ահա այս փաստերի համադրումը երևանցիներին ավելի  հասկանալի կդարձնի, թե ինչու տարեցտարի Երևանում ավելի անտանելի է դառնում ամառային տապը: Սրան գումարվում է նաև ավտոմեքենաների թվի ավելացումը և այսպես շարունակ»,- մանրամասնել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
