Դիմադրելը շատ կարևոր կարողություն է։ Այ տեսեք, բերեմ մի օրինակ «փողոցից»։ Երբ ուժգին հարված ես ստանում ծնոտիդ ու հարվածի ձայնից նույնիսկ կողքիներդ են փախչում , շատ կարևոր է ոտքի վրա մնալը։ Եթե ընկար, մի երկու ավել հարված էլ դեմքիդ ես ուտելու, բայց արդեն ոտքով, եթե չասեմ, որ որոշ դեպքերում հակառակորդդ դառնում է գազան և «հոշոտում» է քեզ։ Ահա եթե ոտքի մնացիր՝ դիմադրությունդ «աշխատացրեցիր», վիճակը փոխվում է. չընկնելուցդ հակառակորդդ գալիս է անակնկալի, վստահությունդ մեծանում է սեփական ուժերիդ նկատմամբ, հարվածից զգացած ցավը քեզ դառնում է «օգնական»՝ արդար զայրույթդ բազմապատկում է ուժդ։
Այն որ ժամանակը սովորեցնում է այս ամենը դա պարզ է, բայց ա՞րդյոք կան մեխանիզմներ, համակարգեր, որոնք այս ամենը մտցնում են մարդկանց մեջ։
Եվ ամեն դեպքում կարևորը բոլոր իրավիճակներում «ոտքի վրա» մնալն է։
