ՀՀԿ-ի անդրադարձը ԱՄՆ-ի սեւ ցուցակին

Լրագիր / ՀՀ-ում Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգների դեսպան Ռիչարդ Միլսը, «168.am»-ի հետ հարցազրույցում, խոսելով խորհրդարանի ընտրությանը ՍԱՍ-ի աշխատակիցների սկանդալային ժողովի մասին, ասել է. «Թեպետ ապրիլի 2-ի ընտրությունը կարևոր առաջընթաց քայլ էր Հայաստանի ժողովրդավարական զարգացման հարցում, սակայն մենք նշել էինք ընտրակաշառքների, ընտրողների նկատմամբ ճնշումների ու վարչական ռեսուրսի կիրառման լայնորեն տարածված ու արժանահավատ հաղորդումների մասին: Սրանք համընկնում էին միջազգային հանրության մյուս ներկայացուցիչների դիտարկումներին: Մենք կառավարությանը հորդորել ենք լիարժեք քննություն անցկացնել բոլոր հաղորդումների ու հնարավոր խախտման բոլոր ապացույցների հիման վրա և ողջունել ենք ՍԱՍ-ի աշխատակիցների կաշառման ու ահաբեկման հարցով Հատուկ քննչական ծառայության կողմից նախաքննություն անցկացնելու որոշումը: Մանրակրկիտ, թափանցիկ և ոչ քաղաքական քննությունը կարևոր է, որպեսզի Հայաստանի քաղաքացիները վստահ լինեն, որ կարող են ազատ ու առանց արտաքին ճնշումների քվեարկել»:
Պատասխանելով հարցին, թե հնարավո՞ր է պատժամիջոցներ սահմանվեն ՀՀ որոշ քաղաքացիների դեմ, կամ ի հայտ գա «սև ցուցակ», նա ասել է. «Առկա արժանահավատ տեղեկությունները մենք կարող ենք օգտագործել և կօգտագործենք, որ ընտրական գործընթացը խաթարած անձինք իրավասու չլինեն մասնակցել ԱՄՆ կառավարության կողմից ֆինանսավորվող ծրագրերին ու միջոցառումներին»:
Անդրադառնալով Միլսի հայտարարությանը՝ ՀՀԿ խոսնակ, ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը Lragir.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասել է. «Ընտրությունների արդյունքների և գործընթացի վերաբերյալ ՀՀԿ-ն պաշտոնապես հայտարարություն տվել է։ ՍԱՍ գրուպի դեպքով ևս խոսել ենք. խնդիրն իրավական տիրույթում է, մենք չենք միջամտում»։
Հարցին՝ դեսպանի հայտարարությունը մտահոգվելու առիթ տալի՞ս է, ՀՀԿ խոսնակը ասել է. «Դեսպանի խոսքում թերևս ամենակարևորը վերահաստատումն է, որ ապրիլյան ընտրությունը կարևոր ժողովրդավարական առաջընթաց էր։ Մենք ապրիլի 3-ի մեր պաշտոնական հայտարարության մեջ նշել ենք և ձեռքբերումների, և մտահոգությունների մասին։ Իրավապահներն արձագանքել են, քննում են։ Դա այլ տիրույթի հարց է։ Մենք ունենք կամք վերացնել թերությունները և հաստատակամորեն նպաստել դեմոկրատիայի զարգացմանը, նաև մեր միջազգային գործընկերների օժանդակությամբ», ասել է Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը։
