ՆԱՏՕ-ում ուզում են ստեղծել ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարի հարցերով համակարգողի պաշտոն

Հյուսիսատլանտյան դաշինքը դիտարկում է ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարի ջանքերը համակարգողի պաշտոն ստեղծելու հնարավորությունը այն բանից հետո, երբ ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը պահանջել է ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարում բարձրացնել ՆԱՏՕ-ի արդյունավետությունը, գրում է Wall Street Journal–ը։
Անցած տարվա հոկտեմբերին ՆԱՏՕ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղար Ենս Սթոլթենբերգը գերմանական հետախուզության ղեկավարի նախկին տեղակալ Արնդտ Ֆրեյթագ ֆոն Լորինգխոֆենին նշանակել է դաշինքի ներսում հետախուզական տվյալների փոխանակության հարցերով առաջին համակարգող։ Ըստ պարբերականի՝ այդ պաշտոնը ներդնելու համար սկզբնական խթան է հանդիսացել Ռուսաստանի մասին տվյալների հավաքումը բարելավելու ցանկությունը։
Պարբերականի տվյալներով՝ դաշինքի երկրների ներկայացուցիչները այս նոր պաշտոնի ներդրումը ու մյուս առաջարկները պաշտոնապես կքննարկեն մայիսի 5-ի հանդիպման ժամանակ։ Ընդ որում նշում են, որ դեռ մինչեւ հանդիպումը դիվանագետները սկսել են քննարկել մի շարք առաջարկներ։ Եվ այսպես թուրքական, բրիտանական ու ֆրանսիական պատվիրակությունները արդեն փոխանակել են փաստաթղթեր։ Սակայն որոշ դիվանագետների խոսքով ԱՄՆ-ն դեռ պաշտոնական հարցում չի արել ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարի հարցում որոշակի առաջարկներով ու ցանկություններով։
Դիվանագետների խոսքով ՆԱՏՕ-ն չի դիտարկում ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարի առանձին ստորաբաժանման ստեղծումը։ Համակարգողի պաշտոնում նշանակվելու է ՆԱՏՕ-ի աշխատակիցներից մեկը։ Հավանական թեկնածու է ՆԱՏՕ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարի՝ անվտանգության հարցերով տեղակալ ռումինացի Սորին Դուկարուն։
Ավելի վաղ Թրամփը բազմիցս քննադատել էր ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամներին՝ պաշտպանության ոլորտի անբավարար ֆինանսավորման համար։ Մասնավորապես նա թվիթերում գրել էր, որ Գերմանիան ԱՄՆ-ին ու ՆԱՏՕ-ն հսկայական գումարներ է պարտք՝ երկրի անվտանգության ապահովման համար։ Իր նախընտրական քարոզչության ընթացքում Թրամփը խոստացել էր պահանջել դաշինքի արդյունավետության բարձրացում։ Իսկ ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Ռեքս Թիլերսոնը ՆԱՏՕ-ի նախարարական հանդիպման ժամանակ, այս շաբաթ, մտադիր է պահանջել ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարում դաշինքի արդյունավետության բարձրացումը։
