Վրաստանի դատախազությունը «ցիանիդի գործով» հարցաքննել է պատրիարքի զարմիկին

Վրաստանի դատախազությունը որպես վկա հարցաքննել է Բաթումի միտրոպոլիտին ու Լազետի Դիմիտրիային, որը Համայն Վրաստանի կաթողիկոս- պատրիարք Իլիա երկրորդի զարմիկն է։ Այս մասին լրագրողներին հայտնել է փաստաբան Գեորգի Պանցուլայան, որը ներկայացնում է Գեորգի Մամալաձեի շահերը, որին կալանավորել են պատրիարքի քարտուղար- ռեֆերենտ Շորենա Տետրուաշիլիի ցիանիդով թունավորումը կազմակերպելու մեղադրանքով։ Կալանավորված ավագ երեցը Բաթումիի միտրոպոլիտի մերձավորներից է, հայտնում է «Նովոստի Վրաստանը»։
«Ես չեմ կարող պատմել հարցաքննության բովանդակության մասին։ Ինչպես գիտեք, ես պարտավորվել եմ չհրապարակել գործի նյութերը։ Միակ բանը, որ կարող եմ ասել՝ միտրոպոլիտ Դիմիտրին հարցաքննվել է վերջին մեկ շաբաթում․․․ Նրան հարցաքննել են որպես այդ գործով վկա»,- ասել է Գեորգի Պանցուլայան։
Փաստաբանի խոսքով, «ցիանիդի մասին գործով» որպես վկա արդեն մոտ 70 մարդ է հարցաքննվել, այդ թվում հոգեւորականներ։
Առաջին դատական նիստը նշանակված է մայիսի 5-ին Թբիլիսիի քաղաքային դատարանում։ Մեղադրվող հոգեւորականը իրեն մեղավոր չի ճանաչում։
Ավագ երեց Մամալաձեն ձերբակալվել է փետրվարի 10-ին Թբիլիսիի օդանավակայանում։ Նա ծրագրում էր ուղեւորվել Գերմանիա, որպեսզի միանար այն հոգեւորականներին, որոնք ուղեկցում են պատրիարքին բեռլինյան կլինիկայում բուժում ստանալու ժամանակ։
Դատախազությունը վստահեցնում է, որ հոգեւորականի ուղեբեռում հայտնաբերել է նատրիումի ցիանիդ տեսակի թունավոր նյութ, իսկ բնակարանում՝ ինքնաշեն հրազեն ու վեց փամփուշտ։
Ըստ քննության վարկածի՝ Մամալաձեն մտադիր էր սպանել Տետրուաշվիլուն, քանի որ նա խանգարում էր իր կարիրերային։
Սկզբում ավագ երեցին մեղադրել էին կանխամտածված սպանություն ծրագրելու մեջ, իսկ ավելի ուշ դատախազությունը նրան մեղադրանք է առաջադրել «կանխամտածված սպանություն ծանրացնող հանգամանքներում՝ շահադիտական մղումներով կամ պատվերով» հոդվածով։
Մամալաձեն 2015-ի նոյեմբերին է ր նշանակվել պատրիարքարանի ունեցվածքի կառավարման հարցերով բաժնի ղեկավար։ Այդ ընթացքում նրա մոտ լարված հարաբերություններ էին ձեւավորվել պատրիարքարանի ամենաազդեցիկ մարդկանցից մեկի՝ քարտուղար ռեֆերենտ Շորենա Տետրուաշվիլու հետ։
